Not value for money

This hotel is not good value for money. We paid £99.00 for a twin room which I would price at about £35.00. It felt more like a hostel. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is functional and clean. Apart from that, the customer service is awful, the staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful. Nobody that worked in the hotel, from waiting staff to reception staff smiled the whole time we were there. The room was tiny and we couldn't open the wardrobe because the bed was in the way. The room was also on an extremely noisy road. You would expect it to be a little noisy in the centre of London but this was just awful. It was like we had the window open in the room. The pillows in the room were the most uncomfortable I've had in any hotel. It's a shame because the hotel is in quite a handy location but I'd never stay there again. I could put up the hotel room and the facilities if the staff has better customer care.

Good for a stopover

Excellent in all respects except for the shower which was tired and the fittings rusty in the disabled room 3

Convenient and good value for money

The hotel is very close to Euston station, good for transport. The room was clean and quiet. It is pretty good value for money.

It served it's purpose!

It served it's purpose for the one night stay celebrating the New Year celebrations in the city. The hotel was clean and sufficient for the one night stay but in my opinion far too expensive for what it was particuarly as a double room was booked and we had two single beds pushed together! Continental breakfast was not in my opinion continental the whole experienced was rushed, disorganised and chaotic and we even had to ask for cups for tea and coffe as there were not any available. We have stayed in better quality 3* hotels all over the country of much better quallity and value for money however, not to be too negative great for London transport to get you where you want to go in the city and ideal for a one night stay in the city.

Cosy, with sounds of traffic...

The room was nice and cosy, perfect for business. the shower was okay pressure, floor of the bathroom seemed like it could have done with a cilit bang kinda clean almost tempted to clean it myself--- not really the kind of shower cubicle in which one would feel comfortable touching the wall, let alone risking accidently touching with any part of your body. The bed was comfortable, but the bedding could have been better. I would not want to walk on the carpet without socks. justified for the amount of money i paid, for the location, something had to be questionable. Anything above the £60.00 mark for this hotel would be astronomical.

Small yet comfortable

As other reviews have mentioned already, the room is very small although comfortable for a one night stay. Bathroom is perfect, good quality shower, nicely presented with good toiletries. Overall this might be a small room, but it's clean, you have free wifi available etc etc. 90pounds is enough to pay for this place per night.

Size isn't everything!

Efficient and quick check-in. Room one of the smallest rooms I've stayed in in this type of hotel, but clean and neat nonetheless, with a really comfy bed and pillows. Probably would have seemed more spacious on my own but my boyfriend stayed overnight as well and we definitely struggled to find room for two cases etc. Some of the bathroom fittings and light switches were a bit worn but no criticisms other than that.
