A great find !!

This B & B is situated in a really nice quiet location yet close to the West End, Covent Gdn. Oxford St. , British museum and lots more. It is close to University College London so is a student area but they are very well behaved and it means there are lots of facilities nearby.
The hotel is clean and well run. The staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast excellent. In fact no complaints at all !! Just a big thank you to the staff and to Laterooms for finding it !

So basic and so noisy!

Great location (literally 10 min walk from Kings Cross), nice building, very kind staff – and that’s all nice. Otherwise so basic, shower like from 80s, room so tiny. But the worse was the noisy – there is a student accommodation just across the (very small!) park and two, clearly popular pubs just behind the corner. Further, there are at least 5 other hotels – guests come and go 24/7. No double glazing!.... All added together resulted in sleepless night, so frustrating & annoying! It wasn’t until 3ish am that it was possible to sleep. Hence – if you don’t mind slightly out of date accommodation and are lucky enough to secure a room with window facing the back garden, it is decent place for couple of nights max.

It was fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room not particularly exciting for the money but only to be expected in London. I couldn't get the shower to work but to be fair I couldn't be bothered to ask reception about it as only there for one night and very tired. So customer service gets top marks, all else fine.

Euro not a star

Only staying 1 night for an early set off on eurostar. Hotel fine but we had one of the worst night's
sleep ever. The sash windows rattled all night with the wind, the radiator & pipes creeked & groaned. Location was great for Eurostar.

Excellent place

Staying in London in a single room for £60 for breakfast is pretty amazing. The room was v clean as were the shared facilities. Staff were brilliant and I liked the area it was in.

Clean, bright. Queit location Just off Euston Rd. We had a room for 4 people that had double and 2 single beds and bathroom. With that number of beds in there was enough room left, that it still had a desk and wardrobe and room for cases. Pleasent experience for that price.
