Think twice if you are a woman travelling alone

Dirty pillows, grafitti on walls, noise and disturbance outside room, no staff at breakfast which was barely adequate....this was not a good experience.

Disappointed

Disappointed with this accommodation. the room was nothing like the websites photographs. There were large cracks across the walls, the linen was not colour or crisp, the bathroom was so tiny myself and Mother had difficulty using the facilities. the room was unbearably hot and we had to ask 3 times for the heating to be turned off and that was despite the window being wide open. The staff were miserable and not helpful when we asked for directions to our venue - Wembley Arena. The breakfast room was overcrowded and unclean and the food was sparse. We were not notified of any costs to upgrade to a cooked breakfast. Although it was cheap and only for one night i felt mislead as to what was available and the condition of the rooms.

Get what u pay for

Stayed in the triple room for £54 total, needed a bed near wembley arena. Its very basic, but I expected this as it was so cheap. Nothing terrible to report, apart from the receptionist was rude and turned her back on us to have a phone call which was presumably to family or a friend as she changed her language!

The breakfast room was too small, had to wait for a while to sit down, and it was not full continental. the bedroom was adequate but had cobwebs, the bathroom had hairs in sink and in the shower.

We could not get any sleep at all as was to noisy and way to hot as unable to turn down radiator

Me and my girlfriend spent a great night at the x factor final the only down side was staying at this hotel. I ordered a double bed with on suite bathroom what a joke that was first off they gave us the wrong room which we had to hunt for as the staff had know clue where it was, I took the key back as they gave us 2 single beds then we was given the keys for another room which we had to hunt for on our own again not happy at this point. So we got in the room which was very small for a double the on suiet did not have a bath in it don't know what you would call it but again it was really small. All that aside we had to make do and try to get to sleep which was very hard as you could hear everything in the room next door, all night I could hear running water running think it must have been the heating system because it was on full all the time with no way of turning it down trust me I tryed. To sum up then - this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never use it again and would recommend that others stay as far away as posable

Tea and coffee... where's the kettle?

Couple of things i liked me about this place. Although the hotel was not bad for the pricB. But they were advertising as having tea and coffee facilities. There was tea bags... coffee... sugar etc... but no kettle. I asked the reception, to be told there was no kettle... Which was a little disappointing as after a hard day traveling, and looking just to relax... a cuppa tea was really on the cards - minor but still annoying. Other thing that bothered me was it was also advertised as ensuite bathroom. It had a shower, not a bath.

Poor Customer Service

Upon reaching the hotel and returning from a busy day in London at approx 11pm we discovered the radiator in our room was broken and could not be turned off. As a result the room was too hot to be used. We immediately raised this issue with the Duty Night Manager who sent the security guard to try to fix the radiator with no success. At this point (11.30pm) we asked to be moved room. The duty manager told us there were no other rooms. He also suggested he would 'put towels on the radiator to absorb the heat'. By half past midnight the room was unbearably hot and myself and my partner were strongly considering leaving the hotel. We confronted the night manager who an hour and a half after raising the issue eventually moved us to an empty room despite him earlier telling us there were no such rooms. At no point during this poor experience did the duty manager apologise and in fact treated myself and my partner as an inconvenience for raising the issue. Only when we threatened to leave the hotel did he do anything to seriously deal with the issue. We were appalled that our problems were not dealt with and largely ignored, the duty manager firstly lied to us about the availability of another room, spoke to us as if we were 'putting him out' and for generally having a poor attitude and customer service. All in all we would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be putting this complaint in writing to the company's head office.

Don't, if you value your health!

The hotel was very basic, too hot, too noisy and poorly maintained. When I turned on the shower, the water came straight out of the wall! The TV buttons could not be pressed and there was no BBC 1.
My daughter and I did not stay for breakfast, but headed back to Kings Cross, as MacDonalds seemed a much better option!

Euro Hotel Wembley

The accommodation was excellent, the staff were all very pleasant and friendly and the price was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else and I would certainly use this hotel again if I return to Wembley. The hotel was perfectly situated, close to the underground system and with easy access to shops and restaurants, and of course Wembley Arena itself was only a short walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, my only regret is that I wish it could have been for longer.
