Good, clean room with good grub. Could have used more coffee pots and milk. Had to go to reception for extra coffee and milk. Otherwise, I was impressed!!

Basic basic basic

To be fair it was a comfy bed , however would have been better if the advertsied 24hr bar had of been available . excellent distance in terms of getting to and from wembley stadium. A tad overpriced given the basic level of decor on display.

Wrong room

I booked a twin room back in January, ready for a stay at the end of April. However, when we arrived they had a double room for us - one double bed. I went to the front desk and showed them my booking form that said 'twin room' and asked if we could be moved and they said they were full and there was no more space. Awful!!

Very noisey

Due to the construction on the buildings our room was vry noisey. We could hear firedoor banging all night. We could hear the whole conversation of the drunken women next door and so could others as the manager had to come down.
The room was basic and although not dirty as such it was tatty and unloved, wallpaper ripped of walls and painted over, skirting uneven. No plugs in the sink and shower drain blocked (it was hot and a rasonable output though) Floorboards uneven in the halls with unexpcted trip hazzards hidden under the carpets and noisey

Budget hotel

Good value for money accomodation, double room very small, plug missing from bathroom sink, however, it had all we needed for a weekend stay near Wembley Arena, and the small breakfast room meant that we enjoyed meeting and talking with other guests. Would say that it felt more like a youth hostel experience, but fitted our needs perfectly

Great value

The hotel was perfect for my overnight stay in Wembley. Really well situated near Wembley Central station, no frills and great value. My room was very clean. Just a couple slightly negative comments - I couldn't get the TV to work (I wasn't too bothered otherwise I'd have said something at the time) and my room (45) was very warm (better than cold!). I thought perhpas it might have been over the boiler room as the radiator wasn't even on? Breakfast was simple but all that I needed and you can opt to pay extra for full English.

Nice and cheap, but not the cleanest of places!

This hotel was good becasue it was very cheap, we paid £99 for 3 of us staying two nights, and a perfect location for wembley as you can see the stadium from the rooms. however, it was not very clean, the room hadn't been hoovered and there was bits all over the floor. The shower had empty shower gel packets on the floor and hair on the walls, and didn't look like it has been cleaned! The bin had not been emptied. Apart from this it was OK, it wasn't exactly disgusting, but it would've not taken a cleaner long to make it a bit more presentable. The beds were made, but the dirty towels were not changed.Aside from this it was good!

Not impressed

The room we stayed in was spacious, however it had obviously not been cleaned apart from the bedding. There were opened shampoo sachets strewn about the bathroom, the bin hadn't been emptied and the shower hadn't been cleaned properly. We informed the man on reception and when we returned it had been attended to. Apart from this it was good value for the price if you just want somewhere to crash. You get what you pay for.

Disappointed

Disappointed with this accommodation. the room was nothing like the websites photographs. There were large cracks across the walls, the linen was not colour or crisp, the bathroom was so tiny myself and Mother had difficulty using the facilities. the room was unbearably hot and we had to ask 3 times for the heating to be turned off and that was despite the window being wide open. The staff were miserable and not helpful when we asked for directions to our venue - Wembley Arena. The breakfast room was overcrowded and unclean and the food was sparse. We were not notified of any costs to upgrade to a cooked breakfast. Although it was cheap and only for one night i felt mislead as to what was available and the condition of the rooms.

Stayed in the triple room for £54 total, needed a bed near wembley arena. Its very basic, but I expected this as it was so cheap. Nothing terrible to report, apart from the receptionist was rude and turned her back on us to have a phone call which was presumably to family or a friend as she changed her language!

We could not get any sleep at all as was to noisy and way to hot as unable to turn down radiator

Me and my girlfriend spent a great night at the x factor final the only down side was staying at this hotel. I ordered a double bed with on suite bathroom what a joke that was first off they gave us the wrong room which we had to hunt for as the staff had know clue where it was, I took the key back as they gave us 2 single beds then we was given the keys for another room which we had to hunt for on our own again not happy at this point. So we got in the room which was very small for a double the on suiet did not have a bath in it don't know what you would call it but again it was really small. All that aside we had to make do and try to get to sleep which was very hard as you could hear everything in the room next door, all night I could hear running water running think it must have been the heating system because it was on full all the time with no way of turning it down trust me I tryed. To sum up then - this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never use it again and would recommend that others stay as far away as posable

Tea and coffee... where's the kettle?

Couple of things i liked me about this place. Although the hotel was not bad for the pricB. But they were advertising as having tea and coffee facilities. There was tea bags... coffee... sugar etc... but no kettle. I asked the reception, to be told there was no kettle... Which was a little disappointing as after a hard day traveling, and looking just to relax... a cuppa tea was really on the cards - minor but still annoying. Other thing that bothered me was it was also advertised as ensuite bathroom. It had a shower, not a bath.

Poor Customer Service

Upon reaching the hotel and returning from a busy day in London at approx 11pm we discovered the radiator in our room was broken and could not be turned off. As a result the room was too hot to be used. We immediately raised this issue with the Duty Night Manager who sent the security guard to try to fix the radiator with no success. At this point (11.30pm) we asked to be moved room. The duty manager told us there were no other rooms. He also suggested he would 'put towels on the radiator to absorb the heat'. By half past midnight the room was unbearably hot and myself and my partner were strongly considering leaving the hotel. We confronted the night manager who an hour and a half after raising the issue eventually moved us to an empty room despite him earlier telling us there were no such rooms. At no point during this poor experience did the duty manager apologise and in fact treated myself and my partner as an inconvenience for raising the issue. Only when we threatened to leave the hotel did he do anything to seriously deal with the issue. We were appalled that our problems were not dealt with and largely ignored, the duty manager firstly lied to us about the availability of another room, spoke to us as if we were 'putting him out' and for generally having a poor attitude and customer service. All in all we would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be putting this complaint in writing to the company's head office.

The hotel was very basic, too hot, too noisy and poorly maintained. When I turned on the shower, the water came straight out of the wall! The TV buttons could not be pressed and there was no BBC 1.
My daughter and I did not stay for breakfast, but headed back to Kings Cross, as MacDonalds seemed a much better option!

The accommodation was excellent, the staff were all very pleasant and friendly and the price was excellent too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else and I would certainly use this hotel again if I return to Wembley. The hotel was perfectly situated, close to the underground system and with easy access to shops and restaurants, and of course Wembley Arena itself was only a short walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, my only regret is that I wish it could have been for longer.

Stayed 15th Nov As two women we did not feel safe in this hotel. On arrival staff told us to block in cars in the tiny car park and we could leave car key with them if it needed to be moved. Arrived back after concert to loud /drunken disruption as England had also played a wembley stadium, not the hotel fault however this was poorly managed until police arrived!
Then at midnight a man from hotel knocked at door asking for us to move car, explained car key with reception and returned to bed to try and settle. Next 30 minutes later another knock at the door this time member of another guest and man from hotel stood behind him! Guest is rude and demands we move our vehicle ad he is waiting to move his. Guest is frustrated and unwilling to again demands we move vehicle.
At this point we pack up stuff and feel very intimidation after staff brought guest to our door. Moved car and spoke with reception explained how this whole experience has been unprofessional and left two women feeling unsafe. Given details of manager and left hotel around 1am to return 225 miles home, thankfully the frustration of the situation acted better then any red bull and arrived safe and sound back home.

The only down side was the PARKING! haha the parking was horrendous.. luckily we managed to find a car parking space and was fine. Everything else was great, ideal for 1 night stay and 10 mins walk to wembley.

Experiance

I stay at a number of hotels over a period of a month so I do not always write a review. In this case an exception had to be made.
The hotel is a number of houses knocked into one giving a rabbit warren effect.
They have ther own laundry evident by the number of containers of washing waiting in the car park.
I was first put in room 47 ground floor which I have to admit was small with very little floor space, a small window protected by a security grill. Whisch moved if the window opened to wide. This room seemed to have an unknown heat soucre that when checked gave the temperture about 30degrees. When I complained on the following morning was told it would be dealt with. That evening when returning I was offered a fan and after waiting 40mins it arrived taking up a large part of the floor limited floor space meaning I had to climb over the bed to go to the bathroom.
I was eventually moved to room 51 but only after threatening to check out. This room had a very poorly fitting lock. If the window was open the the door consistantly rattled. This meant sleeping with the door wedged with my luggage.
Also beware of the cealing paint in the shower falling on you and something growing in the silicone around the shower.
But have a nice stay

Don't stay here if you are looking for a quality hotel and a good night sleep

This hotel is ideally located 10 minutes away from Wembley Stadium. This is on the redeeming feature of this hotel. The hotel was very noisy both from outside the hotel and inside, as our room was next to the reception area. The furniture in the room was very poor quality and there was a trolley left in our room with three additional glass shelves that didn't fit any of the furniture, we had no idea what it was for!!. The wardrobe was full of mould and had no back on it. The breakfast was very basic and of very poor quality.

Over priced boxed room.

This hotel was slightly difficult to find as you have to follow the "one way" system to get to it (this is not stated).
The car park is far to small for the amount of people this establishment can hold (techniqually the garden of a very very large house)
External apperence was very nice as was the lobby area - finding our room required walking through lots and lots of narrow corridors and it seemed the further you got to the back of the property the "hotter" the corridors became??
Our room was located at the very back of the property - in a very small corridor which consisted of around 4-5 doors but only 1 other room. I think in one of the other doors was the "hot water tank or boiler" as this corridor and our room was exceptionally hot!!!! Upon entering the room i find a tiny little window which was already open with a view of a square of brick walls the gap was approx 2ft by 3ft with the walls scaling the entire hight of the building - meaning there was absolutley no air travelling down the tunnel of brick walls.
The very little sleep i did get was horribly uncomfortable and sticky on what was already a very hot day/night. The room itself was tiny as was the bathroom - the bathroom had patches of mould which made it sligtly less appealing - the sink was so tiny that if you left the tap running for more than 30 seconds the sink would over flow!! To top it all i found the previous guests bath scrunchie and hair band in the bath!!
The walls are very thin - up until 4am i could hear doors slamming and the people next door talking.
Breakfast consisted of toast which you had to do yourself or fruit cocktail (clearly tinned as it was still in the syrup) - breakfast had clearly been quite busy as when we arrived at 8:30 none of the places had been re-set and any empty tables we could find had not been cleared away (this could of been down to a lack of staff - but you would think they would have covered this especially as this was the morning after a very big concert) after loitering at the door for 5 mins i cleared away my own table and had to request cutlery and plates for me and my partner.
The hotel itself gave a very good first impression but once you where in unfortunately it went down hill from there. I think £75 for one night is rather expensive anyway and i expected it to cost me more as it was concert night but there is absolutly no way i can account for £75 worth of service!!
Having read this back - i think i sound quite snobish - of which i am not but i have recieved much better service and value for money from other establishments for a fraction of the cost.

Will not be going back

Arrived to book in found car park full, was told we had to find our own private car park. all car parks in area would only allow parking for 2 hours all surrounding roads were permits only. after an hour of driving around returned to hotel to be told park near the stadium !!! then phoned after another 30 minutes of driving around was told they couldnt help with our parking problems but they would have a word with the manager and was to call back in ten minutes. Called back to be told we could double park in car park but must leave our keys if it needed to be moved , it was my daughters car so she was not happy to do this. We eventually parked close to the wall of the hotel when 3 people came out to tell us we couldnt park there. We asked if they would move the diety linen cages to the portacabin in the car park so we could park in that space and was told they couldnt move them. by this time another employee came out to see what was happening !!! then a guest had heard what was going on from his room told us that our car was not in the way and advised us not to leave the key. My daughter also asked if she left her key and if they moved her car and caused damage to other cars would they pay they just looked at us !!! after nearly 2 hours got in our room just to leave luggage on our return we found no tv control in the room and the sink in the bathroom had the waste pipe removed and also no plug to have a wash decided not to have our breakfast and left at 8,30am and noticed more double parked cars !!!

Convenient location

Stayed here as it was good price and easy to get to London attractions. The hotel is old but was in good repair and clean. Our room was close to boiler house and was extremely hot, even though the weather outside was cool. Owners obviously know this and a fan was available. Only stayed one night and this suited us very well. Could not stay longer than this, in that particular room. Breakfast was cereal and toast with tea or coffee. Advertised as Continential breakfast but not what I'm used to when in Europe. If owners want to inprove on this, offer a choice of cereal, add fruit. All in all suited what we wanted, and would recommend it.
