Would have been good to get a refund for the shoddy room. Shower facilities was reminiscent of the dark ages (cold and clinical). Shocking!

Summary
Warm, clean and nice people. Beds a little small but otherwise a pleasent stay.
Summary
Apart from a problem with getting a workable TV, the staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Summary
I was told when I arrived that I had a standard room and the toilet facilities were upstairs and with another £15.00 I could have an en suite - this consisted of a cupboard that you could just about fit it and close the door. Still preferred the en suite though and paid up. Room was small but had a good view, slept well and breakfast was efficient if not v cheaply made (tea was hot water with a bit of milk and a quick dip of tea bag). If you are expecting a certain level of comfort you would be disappointed. We laughed about it but would definitely not use again.
Summary
Hotel accommodation is very basic and in desperate need of refurbishment. However the hotel is very centrally placed in a nice area of London and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly return for a one or two night stay.
Summary
We understand what a London budget hotel entails, and this place is fine for a bed in a safe location near the shows and tubes. I am not a picky person, and usually don't get frustrated by hotel experiences, but the reason we booked this one over others in the same price range was the free breakfast. We showed up at 0910 knowing that breakfast would stop being served at 0930, and they informed us they stopped serving the hot breakfast, but we could order coffee, tea, and cereal if we like. The staff was very nice, and it's a typical hotel/hostel, but if you need your breakfast like I do, probably find a different place.
Summary
The room was little more than a cupboard, a TV that didn't work and the toilet on the next floor. Not a room you would want to stay in for more than 5 mins!! Disgraceful that single travellers are just put in the smallest space possible.
Summary
The room itself was dirty in the corners, and rather hot. The facilities were poor, with no shower in the room and only a bar of soap provided.
It also provided the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had: the epitome of bland; with only cornflakes and white toast.
The staff were very pleasant though.
You really get what you pay for here. There are on-suite facilities, however it felt like i was in a caravan bathroom. it was fitted into a small cupboard and luckily i was staying with my sister, as there wasn't any room to be self-conscious in there! The room overall was clean but small and no tea or coffee making facilities, which was a huge disappointment. All the staff were lovely though and it served its purpose for an overnight stay but i wouldn't recommend longer as its very claustrophobic
Summary
Was told when booked we had smoking room, not the case as there is no smoking any where on property. The room itself was dirty and i would say health and safety would have field day as there was bare wires in lights, plugs sockets where lose, smallest portable tv wiv no signal and controller did not work buttons missing off tv so you could not change volume so on. On suite consisted of smallest portable box that had loo in centre basin and shower, while sitting on toilet you could not spread your arms from one side to other, shower curtain filthy with what looked like blood on, the bath mat was mouldy and there was no hot water, the door to so called on -suite had come off hinges at some point and some how they managed to hold it up by tape only,
No curtains in room but a sort of blind fitted that gave you no privacy as had large gaps, several cobwebs in room that if u walked into am sure you would be stuck for several days.
We stayed one night and should have had breakfast but because of state of room the thought of eating there was not considered we got out as soon as possible.
