La atencin al cliente es excelente Los das...
La atencin al cliente es excelente. Los das nublados de Londres te los arreglaban con las ms grandes de las sonrisas. Las instalaciones estn muy bien. No es el un gran lujo, pero a mi me encant. La habitacin perfecta, para qu la queremos ms grande? Cama de matrimonio, escritorio, TV, lavabo, espejo y una gran ventana con balcn. Los baos eran compartidos. Nunca tuvimos problema de esperas porque haba un montn y todos estaban siempre muy limpios. Los desayunos, muy bien tambin: ingls o continental, con todo el caf y t que quisieras, pan, mermelada... no os va a faltar de nada. Una maravilla en pleno centro de Victoria a 5 minutos andando del Palacio de Buckingham y con conexiones con casi todos los buses y metros. Y la zona, muy muy tranquila. ENCANTADOS!!! ^_^

I booked this hotel only because my family...
I booked this hotel only because my family were arriving from Australia & had booked it.<br />My room was very small and claustrophobic, uncomfortable bed, only luxury a sink and a TV.<br />I could not bear to stay 2 nights so lost 45 on a 2 night booking<br />I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

The Enrico hotel was better than the Blair...
The Enrico hotel was better than the Blair Victoria in all aspects,The accomodation was cleaner and more comfortable however we were disappointed to find no tea or coffee making facilities in our room.The quality of the food was alright and the staff were polite and helpful.

We had a wunderful stay at Enrico Hotel.<br />The standard of the hotel is not that good. It is old and run down, but the staff really keep it clean.<br />The breakfast was very good."beens-eggs-bacon -toast and all the coffe the juice you can drink.Some other guest had wrote that the breakfast was bad, that is not through. It was perfect.<br />We wouldt like to send a big thanks to the staff at the hotel.<br />We had a wounderful time, a wouldt like to stay at Enrico Hotel, if we are going to London again.

This B and B is typical of many...
This B and B is typical of many others in the area. I wasnt especially happy with the small room in the basement that they gave me, but perhaps the other rooms in the upper part of the building are nicer!! Just a typical cheaper option near Victoria Station, if what you need is just a place to sleep.

This was really good for a budget hotel...
This was really good for a budget hotel. Very friendly service and food was fine with plenty of it. I did imagine being able to wash my hands, got to the loo and wash my hair in the shower all at the same time. Yes it was compact, a bit like an aircraft bathroom. But it all worked very well and was much more pleasant to use then I've made it sound. I would have happily stayed here for a week.

You really have to hate yourself to stay...
You really have to hate yourself to stay there. I wanted to leave the moment I saw the hotel. Sure London is expensive but there are many choices. My fault not to trust the reviews on this website and all others.<br />I originally booked two nights but after the first night I really had leave.<br />They offered another room but enough was enough.<br />The manageress was not friendly when I told her I could not stand another night and wanted to check out. She pointed her finger to me and shouted "we will still charge you for the second night because you should have told us 48 hrs before".<br />I have consequently complained to Mastercard. <br />Life is short, trust the reviews. At least from the others.<br />

When we arrived the hotel was full there...
When we arrived the hotel was full; there was no record of our booking. Eventually they gave us a room at the top of the house which was so small we barely squeezed into the bed. No lift, and my husband is 70 yrs old, climbing 5 flights of stairs. I will not be recommending your website.

terrible, the shared toilets and showers are dirty and far away from the rooms. The rooms are smelly and tiny, hotel is noisy, you are better off sleeping rough in the station, never again, what a waste of 55 quit.

Hotel served it's purpose as a place to sleep in london. It is close to victoria station and therefore accesable to most places. The rooms are very basic, and seemed clean enough. The 'full english' is far from being full. 1 peice of bacon with a fired egg and beans. Good enough to start the day though. Although staff are not fluent in english they try to be helpfull. Some of the signs around the hotel are written in such poor english i had to laugh....... If you are looking just fo a bed for the time you are in london the hotel will suit you.

It was my first time to London and...
It was my first time to London and I am really happy that my friend choosed this hotel for us ! we stayed there 8 days and staff were really nice and friendly, room and toilet were clean. this hotel gave me good memory for my stay in London, a thumb up ! and surely I will come back

This is qvery good B amp B in...
This is qvery good B & B in Victoria area. Good location with very reasonable and cheaper price.

Room and public toilet/shower rooms keep very clear all the time.

And staffs really friendly and helpfuly. They will auto to provide free map to you. And they aslo can provide laundry service to you.

Stayed in this hotel, We found out that we have more time to visit London.

As other customer, we will recommand Enrico hotel to our friends.

I like this hotel The room keep very...
I like this hotel. The room keep very clear and tidy.

Bed is new. Breakfast is good. Staff really friendly and helpful and always keep smile.

As I have experience stayed with other hotel in same area. Although there are private toilet and shower inside the room. But the room smell very bad (curry smell)and staff atitude very bad.

I believe that Enrico hotel is good choice for people looking for Bed and Breakfast hotel on Victoria.

I have a good night sleep in this...
I have a good night sleep in this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Reasonale price with very good location. And English breakfast also very great for the morning.

And they also provide 24 hours recepation and room service. It is very convenience for tourist.

And toilets and shower rooms keep very clear all the time. So you will not have problem to use it. No matter you do not have private facilities inside your room.

I will recommand my friends to stay here.

this place is so great I can imagine...
this place is so great, I can imagine all rooms with toilets and showers, it will be so perfect.
I would like to advice you in something, a new carpet will give more presentation.

London is a very Expensive and not friendly city, and in Enrico you will find a good price for your accomodation, a wonderful English Breakfast and all the staff make your stay very confortable and all of them young people but very efficient.

I have stayed in Enrico Hotel on DEC...
I have stayed in Enrico Hotel on 23DEC2003 for the second time. I was surprise with the improvements that has been done under the new management.

Rooms have been re-painted. Beds has new blanket and bed spread. Its much better.

I would surely come back and stay again. Reasonable price, central location, staff are friendly and english breakfast are good. I would recomment it to my friends who will visit to London.

Stayed there last weekend

Plusses:
- central location close to Victoria station
- Friendly service
- reasonable prices

Minusses:
- Room under the roof extremely small and not very clean.
- only one key availble for a twin room -> had always to plan with the room mate who will carry the key and will come back earlier.
- quite old and rotten interior (beds and shelfs)
- shower over the corridor "not really clean"
- breakfast serving ends at 8:30 (weekends 9:00)-> in my opinion too early for a tourist hotel...
- fire safety regulations are not taken seriously in this place. All fire doors (to be kept shut) were intentionally open in all floors during the entire stay!

Summary:
Don't know, if i would choose this hotel again, but at least the room rate was corresponding somehow with the mentioned minussess
