Where It Is

The four-star Durrants Hotel is located at the heart of Marylebone Village on the edge of West End. It is conveniently situated close to the main West End theatres, the shops on Oxford Street and Bond Street along with all the local art galleries. Regent's Park and Hyde Park are also within walking distance of the hotel. The famous Madame Tussaud's waxwork museum is also close by.

Getting Around

Bond Street tube station is just a couple of minutes down the road, and can take you anywhere you want to go in London along the Central and Jubilee lines. Durrants Hotel is also is only a short taxi ride away from the Eurostar terminal at St. Pancras, while Paddington is also well within reach.

What To Expect - Rooms

The hotel itself is quintessentially English, with quaint, wood-panelled decor and friendly, relaxed service creating the kind of personal atmosphere you would expect from an independent hotel. The privately owned Durrants Hotel has been managed by the Miller family since 1921 and is a gorgeous Georgian townhouse hotel with 92 bedrooms. All of the rooms and suites are individually decorated, combining well with the original Georgian architecture to create a soothing atmosphere for guests. Each room features handmade Savoir beds, Samsung flat screen televisions and en-suite bathroom with complimentary L'Occitane toiletries.

What To Expect - Dining

A delicious breakfast is served until 11:30am , or alternatively room service is also available. There is a daily set menu available for guests, along with a full a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. All food at Durrants Restaurant is made with fresh seasonal ingredients, and they are well known for their extensive wine list. George Bar at Durrants hotel has a lovely coal fire which burns on cold winter days, and is ideal for a pre-theatre drink. The afternoon tea in the Spy Room consists of cakes and pastries which are freshly made daily, a real treat for any London hotel visitor.
