Dukes Hotel out of 5 Customer Rating
Amazing Hotel a hidden gem.

Wonderful service, superb accomodation, truely old world elegance right down to the period elevator complete with velvet upholstered seat! Hidden away in a courtyard off a cul-de-sac but right in the heart of Mayfair. Not cheap but quality never is.

Not worth the money

The room given at this hotel was particularly small especially for the money. It was to be honest average - the TV packed up on the second night of my stay.

Dukes Hotel out of 5 Customer Rating

We were disappointed with our stay at Dukes. The room was unremarkable and although the staff were friendly, we had problems with contradictory check-in times and unavailability of certain basic menu items. Overall, the std of room is similar to large chains so it is mainly for the location that this hotel should be favoured.

10th Wedding Anniversary at The Dukes

Booked The Dukes for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and were very happy with our choice. We do not stay at alot of 5 Star Hotels so I do not know how it compares with others. We had breakfast and an afternoon tea both of which were wonderful, they even threw in a free glass of champagne for us. The staff could not have been more helpful and the whole experience was a pleasure. Old England quaintness at its best.
We did not use the Health/Treatment rooms and did spend alot of time outside the Hotel. The martinis are meant to be something special but again we did not try the bar and not being cocktail experts probably could not tell a good martini from a bad one anyway !

Experience London at it's best

Dukes is an elegant, traditional high-end London hotel that offers superior service to match its accomodations. The staff is knowledgable, goes out of their way to be helpful, and generally contribute positively to one's overall experience. The martini's are everything you have heard - very special.
