Room at the leinster

The room was on the first floor and was very small. you can hear all the other guests opening and closing their door which is very annoying. paid £59 via late rooms so they stick u in the cheapest room. good location but will not go back.

Great place but room so small you couldn't fit in a suitcase!

Room too small for a double.

Unexpected room size

The room was much smaller than was our expectation based on the pictures on the website - there was not even eough space for a chair which was lying between the bed and wall, leaving no space to walk around it!

Small but comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.
I had to rush so no breakfast test of value stated to be available.
Fit for purpose

Good value convenient hotel

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Hotel in a Georgian(?) property so rooms were small, however they had all the facilities you needed including free wi-fi and usual teas and coffee.

Don't expect 3 single beds in a triple room!

Booked a one night stay for Saturday 3rd December specifically requested a triple room and the confirmation stated there would be 3 single beds (we were three 6ft+ males who weren't keen on sharing a bed!) . When we got to the room there was 1 SMALL double bed and 1 campbed that looked like it would collapse if a fly landed on it! I complained to reception who stated they don't have 3 single bed triple rooms so Laterooms have it wrong and they didn't have another campbed or matress to put in the room. I ended up sleeping on the floor and one of my party took the matress off the campbed. Even if there were only 2 of us sharing this is no way a 4* hotel. The shower was small and the room very warm. Avoid!

The worst hotel experience i have ever had

Not only did the hotel try and take money from account before i even got there but they had cancelled my booking due to a discrepancy with my card (i had booked on one card and was paying with a work card). The reception staff were very unhelpful and rude and while i was talking to the staff someone who was already staying there had come downstairs and informed me that the rooms were filthy and not as advertised and strongly advised me to look elsewhere rather than even try and stay here.
Do not stay here!!!!
I am happy to provide any extra info you may need to persuade you not to stay here.

No food

I arrived at the hotel at 21-00 hours after a very long and tiring day. I should have checked but there was no restaurant or room service and as I left at 06-00 hours the next morning no breakfast. I only paid £89 for the room but if I had paid the full price of £300 I would have been complaining
