Summary
It started immediately after walking through the door - the reception staff knew who I was without even asking! A wonderful place to stay with great accommodation and exceptional facilities including in the room rate. I was expecting a shoe-box for the price but was given a huge room. The only downside was that the reception wasn't obvious initially as this is large complex of serviced apartments.
Summary
Excellent weekend. Really nice very comfortable accommodation. Everything you would need. I would definitely go back.
Summary
This accommodation is outstanding value, given its location. Dolphin House is in an upmarket area, 5 minutes from Pimlico tube and with nightbus stops right outside. This is a safe and secure area, and we were not afraid of walking back at night!
Apartment-style bedrooms allow freedom, e.g. to prepare some light meals instead of always paying to eat out. Rooms were clean and a good size. A few fixtures were starting to look a little worn, e.g. my TV's cable fell out (turning the set off) if anything touched them, and my room suffered from a severe lack of plug sockets, but such minor problems could not overshadow a great stay.
Reception staff were extremely accommodating - e.g. we really appreciated being allowed to check out an hour later than the specified time at no extra cost. Lots of other convenient touches, such as shops on-site for basic provisions, a restaurant (nice food but maddeningly slow service!), a bar and a swimming pool.
Some of the people in my group thought Dolphin House was a little 'weird' and that it resembled a psychiatric hospital (!) because it is a Huge complex built around a picturesque courtyard and it often feels eerily quiet. I rather thought it was peaceful - hard to believe you were in central London. I would undoubtedly stay again: it was high-quality accommodation at a very competitive price.
A civilised complex with the fitness centre, gardens, shopping arcade and restaurant. Focused on personal service and comfort. Nícely cocooned in a quiet suburb.
Summary
Very Well presented staff, great attitudes and willing to help and advise, service with a smile goes a long way in this climate where people are looking for better service than ever before, I found that this hotelier provided just that, great experience thank you very much.
Beautiful accommodation with lots of facilities.
Service was amazing, reception staff were out of this world. Bedroom was much larger then we expected. Very clean. Only fault would be price of breakfast, very expensive. Overall brilliant would definitely stay again.
Summary
Dated but very clean and well located. Restaurant gave good service and excellent food. Upgrade to room on arrival was very welcome.

Very satisfactory thanks
Summary
We stayed at Dolphin House Apartments for a couple of nights, on arrival we were given a complimentary upgrade from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment. What a lovely treat! We already had booked at a great price through laterooms, so this was a lovely bonus. The staff were very friendly at check in and the apartments are situated in lovely maintained gardens. Pimlico is only a couple of minutes walk away, with a nice Pizza Express and a few shops. Victoria was only 10 minutes walk, where there were more amenities to choose from. Really enjoyable stay, we would definitely stay again!
Summary
Greeted by very friendly staff, slept in a sensational bed ,and enjoyed the overall ambience .Brilliant ,just brilliant.
Summary
Best place I've stayed in London, by a long stretch. Great room, and a nice 17m pool.
Summary
Great location, great facilities.

Spent 2 days in London and stayed overnight at Dolphin House, very, very impressed . The Staff were very friendly , and extremely helpful . We were upgraded to a one bed apartment, fabulous .would stay there again ,and would highly recommend it to others
Summary
Fantastic accommodation, excellent location, on arrival was given a free upgrade to a deluxe flat, very pleased with this good service, will return
Summary
Great place to stay - ticked all the boxes for a night out!
Summary
I had a free upgrade to the two bedroom apartment. I really liked Dolphin Square, its near Pimlico tube and was very quiet. Very comfortable, it did feel like an apartment rather than a hotel.
Summary
A strange setup, a hotel room but in truth the impression came over of a few room tacked on to a large rental complex. The room was adequate but somewhat dark. The bathroom was fine but a casual chair in the bedroom would have helped. The reception desk service was fine on check in but no interest on checking out re quality of stay. Reasonable value but they need to work on the hotel concept/service.
Summary
Thoughly enjoyable stay within easy reach of the West End and other London attractions.

Great Stuff
Summary
Stifling room - heat on all night. Lovely big room and giant double bed though. Loo paper the thinnest possible!
Summary
Room was a nice size just lacked a little "atmosphere" because it's just painted white with nothing on the walls. It was however clean and tidy with nice bedding and towels. By my fourth night I felt it had turned into a cell but overall it was good. Bed made daily and towels changed. It's few minutes walk to Pimlico tube and a brisk 15 minute walk to Victoria so if you're going to see Billy Elliot or Wicked, it's walking distance-if you know your way. All staff were friendly and helpfull. There is a supermarket on site and an off licence. The gym and pool are superb and is included in the price. Towel and a selection of toileteries free. Lovely brealkfast although the pricing is a bit strange. It's £14.95 for full english including coffee and toast but you can't then have a bowl of cereal as that's extra. I had a bowl of porridge on my 3rd and fourth days and it's still £14.95 because I had prepaid. I would recommend the restaurant for breckie and dinner but don't prepay just pay on the day-it's the same price and if just have a bowl of cereal you will only pay for that. I have stayed in a few "hotels" in the last six months and this matches what they offer and more!! As usual WIFI is charged for at £35 per week although it's free in the foyer
Summary
Compact apartment but very clean, good shower, lovely bed, good kitchen and very friendly reception even though we arrived at 23.30 and were only staying one night. As an aside the building itself is very handsome and has a lot of interesting history. Only 5 minutes from Pimlico tube.
Bonus that you can use the onsite pool/gym and walk around the quadrangle. All in all, good value, and nothing like some horror stories I read from those staying in some serviced apartments such as untidy rooms and a worrying inability to find anyone onsite if there was a problem.
Luxurious apartment in a fabulous central location!
Summary
Clean, modern hotel, very impressive rooms, gym attached excellent, location close to tube line.
Summary
When we arrived the hotel did not look much from the outside, infact it looked horrible, but once inside how wrong could we be. Whats the saying "dont judge a book by its cover". Once inside the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the rooms were amazing. We paid for two double rooms and they were of such high quality I wish we stayed for longer. I would make no hesitation in going back here, its easy reach to the tube and your in the centre of london in 10 mins - an ideal base.
Summary
Paid £95 for a room well out of season, got upgrade to a twin bedroom apartment ,was very clean ,very spacious and well located for my business use.Would thoroughly reccomend.
Summary
Outstanding accommodation, location, facilities & value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dolphin House. I certainly hope to stay there again.
Summary
I was very impressed with this hotel. I was travelling with my Mum and originally booked a 1 bedroom apartment with twin beds, and they upgraded us for no extra cost to a 2 bedroom apartment! Which was fab.
Very impressed with the facilities, lovely decor, very clean, eco friendly.
Very close to Pimlico underground, which is a 5 minute tube journey to Oxford circus, and 2 minute tube from Apollo Theatre.
The only negatives were that we had to pay £10 a day for wi-fi in your room, (I only paid £100 for the room but going rate is £300 and would be annoyed to not of received wi-fi if I paid top whack!)
I would love to experience the spa and pool, but sadly was being re-furbished at the time.
I will definitely come back!!!!
My stay at Dolphin House was excellent. The room lovely, situated on the Thames with very easy access to Pimlico Station and then into the Centre of London. Short walk from Westminster. Staff were really lovely and sorted out your problems immediately. My TV did not work and had to be re-set but this was done straight away. Unfortunately, the heating in the room was also not working but this could not be fixed. I was offered another room but as my stay was very short, I chose not to bother to move. I would recommend this to anyone staying in London.
Summary
Our stay in london was very enjoyable it was our sons birthday so we came up to stay our rooms were wonderful. everything we wanted just like a mini home from home, even milk in the fridge. the only thing was we didn't have a cooker but that didn't stop us i used the micro. i would stay again when we come again near to the tube bus lovely and very quite.
Summary
We found the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful (in obtaining a spare bed for us) - the rooms were comfortable and spacious, and Dolphin House within easy walking distance of the Tube/amenities of Pimlico. The only downside is the cooked and continental breakfasts felt somewhat pricey, but there are much cheaper (and tastier) alternatives on the menu. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
Summary
Great customer service e.g. they researched & printed off details of a recommended local Japanese Restaurant which turned out to be great.
The apartment was very nice, clean & well equipped. Free Wi-Fi in the room would have been great but not an option. There was a problem with the lounge TV which was fixed very quickly. More types of teas & maybe some biscuits etc would have gone down well. There was no remote for the digi-box in the room & both bedroom & lounge were missing a DVD player or system for playing music.
My partner & I did not eat there but having glanced at the menu the food sounded great & wasn't too pricey.
Although we did not need to use the bar & lounge I found it surprising that it was closed on a Sunday.
The pool & spa area is good enough. The pool is slightly too cold and the area is certainly missing a Jacuzzi. The sauna wasn't very hot but the steam room was great & has individual chairs. Plunge pool (or similar) & ice would have been a bonus. The facilities closed very early on the Sunday (around 7.45pm) which was annoying. Even my local rural based gym/spa stays open far later than this. If it was open longer my partner & I would have had a chance to use all the facilities & even had a meal/drink afterwards but instead we were rushed.
The location is superb & within close proximity of Pimlico tube station which instantly puts you minutes away from everything & anything would possibly want to see & do in Central London.
I would certainly come here again but only at a discounted price as on this occasion. If I'd paid full price I would have been slightly disappointed.
By no means luxury accommodation but with a few tweaks here & there it most certainly could be. The location is amazing though & I'd still recommend this hotel for a city break, family holiday or romantic retreat but definitely not purely as a spa break.
We stayed at dolphin house on the 4th December. The first thing that struck me was how big the apartment was. The bedroom and ensuite was bigger than most hotel rooms plus we had a full lounge and kitchenette! I love staying in London but always begrudge the cost of it, dolphin house is one of the best value hotels I've stayed at. We were able to leave our baggage there all day after we checked out too, the staff were very professional. Will definitely be going back.
Summary
Excellent place to stay when in town on business. Great facilities, both in rooms and beyond, including leisure and restaurant / bar. Great staff. Recommend.

Perfect place to stay in London, really excellent apartments, very large and well furnished.

Very plush.
Summary
We have stayed at the Dolphin House in the past. We like the big clean rooms and plenty of space for the family. We were in a two bedroom flat and wanted to cater for ourselves. The equipment provided was limited. Although there was a tea towel and washing up liquid provided, we had to buy a washing up sponge and kitchen paper. There were no table mats. If you want to do breakfast in the flat then be prepared. Buit overall it was a good experience in a good location close to the 24 bus route and Pimlico underground station
