Looking for a reasonably price hotel within 5 minutes walk of the excel,Custom House is right on the door step.Right opposite Custom House DLR
Standard rooms are just what you need,Bar in the Hotel serves food,Cafe and a Chinese on site aswell.
Small row of shops just around the corner if you need anything.
Easy check in and out and Luggage Room if you need to leave your bags (free of charge)
Nice but not the Ritz

This hotel was suitable for a weekend away. It had all the facilities needed. View wasn't brilliant but didn't matter as wasn't in the hotel long enough. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The hotel was perfectly situated by the train lines so made it easy to find.

Unfortunately the TV in the room had no signal. The helpful reception staff tried but were unable to resolve problem. They said someone else would call but no-one came, so we spent the weekend stay without a TV.

I have stayed here before and my room has improved from the last time i was here. If your looking somewhere central be prepared to have a long trip on the tube which for me is no big deal i would stay again for what you pay its great value thanks again for the warm welcome

Excellent,clean,well run Hotel !

We stayed here for the night as we went to the 02 and didn't fancy the trip back to West London.
The staff were efficient but the room was small. The shower room was like a capsule. Beam me up Scotty comes to mind!
I can only think that this hotel is good for one night and definately not for a romantic weekend.
It is close to the Excel and the airport so presume better for business trips

Friendly staff, efficient check-in. Clean soundproof room. Everything you need for a business trip. Recommended.

Good Quality Hotel.

The hotel was very easy to find, the staff were friendly and the on-site bar/food facilities were good. whilst our room was basic, it was extremely clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay - great value for the price in London! Superb location for visiting the Excel center (just a short walk over the bridge opposite the hotel) and we were able to leave our car securely parked in the hotels car park the following day (from the day before) while we visited the Excel center for just £10. I would recommend this hotel if your going to an event at the Excel center - The train station opposite the hotel offers great links into central London too!

The room was a little basic , the toilet door would not close and was a sliding door offering little privacy , although the shower was ok , i think ten pounds to park in the hotel car park excessive , we ate in the hotel pub were the menu was also very limited . We chose this hotel for its location , hotel is ok but will not go back again due to there being a huge number of other hotels to choose from at the same price .regards
