I arrived at croydon court and they sent me next door. Apparently it was an upgrade. Norfolk house and croydon court share the same car park so i'm guessing they're the same owners. First off the people coming in and out of croydon court looked like they lived there and were fixing cars in the car park.
Norfolk house was in the middle of a refurb so maybe they're normally more organised but it took 20 mins before I finally got my key.
Continental breakfast consisted of white toast and cheap cornflakes. Tea/instant coffee and orange/apple juice out of a machine.
Room was quite nice but had funny noises going on all night and no spoon to stir tea/coffee.
TV needed retuning and it took 4 phone calls to reception to finally get someone sent up despite being told each time someone was on their way. That person was a security guard and couldn't do it.
I stay in several hotels a month and this is the worst so far.
