We just needed a hotel to stay in...
We just needed a hotel to stay in after a party in London. The location of this was perfect for us as it was opposite the bar. The hotel was fine for what we needed it for but I wouldn't choose it for a longer, more romantic break.The windows in the room didn't open which I hate as you can't get any fresh air!Also, although the customer service was good generally, when I was paying the bill and said we used nothing from the minibar, the reception lady said they would check and bill my card if anything was missing. I found this very offensive as it implied she did not trust my word.We ordered vegetable pasta from room service which was fine except there were very few vegetables in it.Overall, for this type of stay the hotel was great, but expensive. (I suppose thats just London prices though)
