We stayed here last weekend. It's a typical Kensington style townhouse, with some original features and a great feel. A boutique hotel, would be a very apt description. None of the impersonal feel of a large chain hotel and retaining lots of charm. The room was quite small, but well decorated with quality fixtures. The bed was hard - suited me, but less so my pregnant wife. Very few facilities outside the room, but the staff are very helpful and made us very welcome.

Fantastic relaxing experience from the complimentary glass of champagne on arrival to the super comfy and quiet room. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely return and recommend.
