Summary
Hotel clean, efficient staff, rooms a little dated but perfectly ok. Breakfast quick and simple. Was a little disappointed that when I borrowed an iron and ironing board they actually left marks on my shirt - buy some new ones please, they'd only cost £50 all in! Otherwise a good hotel.
Summary
Excellent Hotel, Does exactly what it says on the Tin.
Summary
Was very disappointed to pay over £100 for a room under ground level with very little natural light.

Location was brilliant, next to Victoria and London Transport. Snack Bar and Pub next door. The basement room was the darkest room I have stayed in. Could not tell if it was day or night. Stayed in November and need the air con at night. Maybe it was the boiler next door. OK for B and B two nights only. Ask for a room other than the basement if staying longer.
The breakfast room in the basement smelled of the half roll of carpet thrown in the corridor but worse was our room which smelled damp and musty, like it had flooded but not been dried. The young desk clerk couldn\'t smell the unpleasant smell in our room that my colleague and I found offensive, but he apologised that he didn\'t have another room. This place felt and looked like a hostel under repair and we ate breakfast in the train station instead.
Summary
Hotel had a leak and could not accomodate us on arrival; they had already arranged accomodation at a hotel around the corner and were really apologetic.
Sometimes things cannot be helped but they responded really well
We stayed in Comfort Inn for one night with main reason for booking as good location. it's 5 minutes walk from Victoria shopping centre and coach station. However reception was very poor and we had to wait for half an hour before a room key was given. We were given basement room which I never expected at this cost. There wasn't proper air flow from outside. Overall I would give 4 out of 6 rating.

The guy at check-in barley spoke or smiled but did manage to check me-in.
Room 108 - Basement floor
The room was clean, very basic, small (it was a double but really only a one person room) and unbelievably hot.
You could hear what I assumed to be the kettle boiling intermitently in the room next door - could have been a boiler in the celing which might explain the heat.
My kettle switch didn't stay on so had to hold it down manually however the bathroom did have two toilet roll holders - not sure of the signfifcance due to the absence of a second loo.
Chose this hotel on price and proximity to Victoria Station in which case it fulfilled.
I e-mailed the hotel as I left an adapter got no response NOT surprising
I had a basement room awful.
