A little gem!

Wasn't expecting much given the price of this room right in the heart of London Victoria.. I have stayed in some awful places that cost 3 times the price I paid! So I was delighted when I found the hotel to be very clean, small room, but perfectly kitted out with anything one needs for a short stay in London.
Would certainly go back. Very clean, very tidy, very modern, courteous staff. Great!

Great Location. Does what it says on the tin

Rather expensive for what you get, although then when you consider it to be so central then I suppose it isnt so bad. The initial room was almost underground so we rejected it (105) and was moved to 205, which is a good size with a bathroom which suits our purpose but with no special bits to write home about.
We would visit again due to location only really

Central London Hotel for 99 pounds

A pleasant surprise to find a clean comfy hotel near to Victoria coach station.
I was in a basement room which was pretty quiet seeing its next to the rail station.
There is a nice pub a stones throw away.

Very happy with this accomodation - we stay in Pimlico Hotels a lot for Buisness .
Room was typical size but very clean and comfy bed.
Shower was new and large -not like the plastic pods in some .-Plenty of towels .
Tea and Coffee provided and good Tv that worked !
There is a lift ..which is a plus ..
A bit pricey -but we have stayed in worse for more money
Overall good and we would use it again .
Location very near to Victoria Station ..a 2 minute walk through to shops if thats what you like !

Good budget hotel

Hotel clean, efficient staff, rooms a little dated but perfectly ok. Breakfast quick and simple. Was a little disappointed that when I borrowed an iron and ironing board they actually left marks on my shirt - buy some new ones please, they'd only cost £50 all in! Otherwise a good hotel.

Comfort Inn for 2 nights

\
Location was brilliant, next to Victoria and London Transport. Snack Bar and Pub next door. The basement room was the darkest room I have stayed in. Could not tell if it was day or night. Stayed in November and need the air con at night. Maybe it was the boiler next door. OK for B and B two nights only. Ask for a room other than the basement if staying longer.

Smelly, damp room-- not recommended

The breakfast room in the basement smelled of the half roll of carpet thrown in the corridor but worse was our room which smelled damp and musty, like it had flooded but not been dried. The young desk clerk couldn\'t smell the unpleasant smell in our room that my colleague and I found offensive, but he apologised that he didn\'t have another room. This place felt and looked like a hostel under repair and we ate breakfast in the train station instead.

Good location but poor reception

We stayed in Comfort Inn for one night with main reason for booking as good location. it's 5 minutes walk from Victoria shopping centre and coach station. However reception was very poor and we had to wait for half an hour before a room key was given. We were given basement room which I never expected at this cost. There wasn't proper air flow from outside. Overall I would give 4 out of 6 rating.

Nothing to write home about apart from two toilet roll holders in the bathroom!

The guy at check-in barley spoke or smiled but did manage to check me-in.
Room 108 - Basement floor
The room was clean, very basic, small (it was a double but really only a one person room) and unbelievably hot.
You could hear what I assumed to be the kettle boiling intermitently in the room next door - could have been a boiler in the celing which might explain the heat.
My kettle switch didn't stay on so had to hold it down manually however the bathroom did have two toilet roll holders - not sure of the signfifcance due to the absence of a second loo.
Chose this hotel on price and proximity to Victoria Station in which case it fulfilled.

Pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn Victoria

No Complaints. We felt value for money considering location of hotel. We took our 7year old grandson to London for several days to take in London Eye, Big Ben/Westminster and The Florence Nightingale Museum, Buckingham Palace. So all within walking distance. Hotel room and breakfast quite adequate, could make tea/coffee and watch T.V as small boy needed his rest. Room fronted main road which was busy but we were tired and slept .We came in via Victoria coach station very convenient. Yes good stay

As close to Victoria Station as you could want

5 mins walk from the station, efficient check-in. Decoration in corridors looks a bit dated but is clean. Room looked like it was originally 2 small rooms now knocked into 1 with some of the old wall / lintel remaining between. Double bed in back half filled it with a small amount of room around. Another double bed in the front half of the room. The 2 beds face each other so the room might not suit 2 couples unless they are very friendly with each other :-) Couldn't get TV remote to work, but as we were only in there for a short time it wasn't important enough to trouble reception. Out early so didn't sample breakfast. Would stay again if needed a room near to the station.

The welcome was good and efficient. The room was small but adequate for our needs. It was very clean but had a slight smell which we could not define. The safe was closed so we could not use it. We asked for assistance which came quickly but he was unable to open it so we had to manage without it and keep our valuables with us at all times. The breakfast was extremely basic with boiled eggs as the only protein food and a very slow inefficient toaster.

Comfort Inn - November 2010

Good sized room (double), with small kitchenette and shower room. All clean and tidy. Main downside was the noise from other rooms in the corridor. Complete lack of soundproofing so I could hear word for word conversations from the room a couple of doors down the corridor from me. Breakfast was adequate, but was just a continental option, ie cereal, toast and pastries. For the price I would have expected a cooked breakfast.
