Very average Hotel - bit overpriced for what it is.
Booked a single - got a family room and all 5 beds were small and uncomfortable.
Worse bit was I woke at 3.30 and the traffic was so busy and noisy I couldn't get back to sleep!

It was ok for a hotel that wasnt a lot of money. BUT I wouldnt stay here again. The area wasnt too nice. We only booked it because we had to be based in Vauxhall due to my husbands work.We asked for a taxi from the hotel but the taxi driver they chose to call was rather dodgy and ended up charging us £10 for a taxi ride which was less than 1 minute away. He also tried to take us the wrong way. I didnt really expect that from a taxi booked through the hotel!!!!!!! Accomodation was basic, facilities extremely basic and the curtains were dirty in the room we stayed in
Summary
This room was as expected, and a bit better than some other cheap rooms I have stayed in. The only issues we had was that we got a bit cold and could not warm the room up. Thats when the extra blankets came in handy. All in all you get what you paid for.
Summary
Was surprised bar was actually the reception and the "restaurant" (it wasnt actually a restaurant) was non existent, breakfast was held in an area that could only be described as reception, once again!
Bed was uncomfortably soft and lumpy - first time I've had a bed like that, now I know what that description feels like.
Disappointed in facilities, basically it's an expensive room.
We stayed at comfort rooms in vauxhall overnight for a family event..the staff were helpful and polite
Summary
This proved to be a very noisy hotel and not a great sleeping experience. Be sure to take ear protecters and some sleeping tablets if staying here
I cant think of any occasion i would recommend this hotel for, overpriced for its location and amenities it offers, £20 overnight parking too much on top of the excessive room rate
The room was very tired, needs up-dating a little, sour milk, heating only blew out cold, the room was freezing cold, we were sent a small blow heater but it took hours to heat the room, the bathroom fan did not work but the beds were clean and comfortable, the staff were efficient and proffessional. Great staff terrible rooms.
Summary
I regularly stay in Victoria, Vauhaul and Pimlico for work. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in, and the most expensive for what you get. Terrible service at reception. The room was tiny! Carpet was dirty. Mascara marks on the pillows. Smelly towels. No heating controls and the room was freezing all night. Just terrible.
Summary
Limited services but a very clean hotel with helpful employees who always have an answer. They do not do room service but have menus at the front desk and will order and have them delivered to your room.
Summary
Nice hotel with great staff

Summary
Choice of hotel was based on needing a budget price close to the Brixton O2 Academy. The hotel is an easy 3 minute walk from Vauxhall Underground and on the main road into Brixton. Convenient hotel bus stop, with night service, which stops right outside the venue so would recommend to others visiting the O2 Academy. Would suggest that there is a more lively high street in Brixton, should you be looking for a pre-gig drink! Room was clean with coffee making facilities and TV, but was quite cold until we realised that we could adjust the radiator thermostat (which proved that you don't need a man for all plumbing conundrums!). It would have been nice to have had breakfast included in the price as this hotel wasn't the cheapest that we have found in other areas of London.
:o)
Well if you're working in the local area and you can book this sufficiently far in advance to get a cheap deal then it's a cheap and cheerful hotel - rooms are functional and relatively clean. There are some oddities (like the ironing board is strapped to the wall in the corridor by the lift and I had 3 single beds in my room!).
I was running out of options for hotels in London as booked last minute - the hotel is 5-10min walk from Vauxhall Tube and Overground Station and served it's function but was horrendously over priced for a plastic walled cheap hotel. Use this type of hotel for what it is - it's functional, warm and safe..
My partner and I recently enjoyed a 3 night break in London. We found the accomodation provided clean and comfortable. We were accomodated at the back of the hotel and found the accomodation to be quiet from the noise of road traffic and didn't find the noise of aeroplanes intrusive or offensive. After the first night we reported a broken shower head bracket and a faulty plughole on the hand basin. We were upgraded and moved rooms immediately with apologies from staff for the inconvenience. Our request for extra pillows was also met with polite service.
Summary
Very happy with the room. Given a free upgrade on arrival which was nice. Only negative would be the lack of plug socket near the mirror. Using hair styling equipment is tricky without a mirror!
Summary
Stayed on a Friday night - hotel was very convenient; it was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Summary
Mattress had very little support. Very spongy and uncomfortable
Room was very noisy and smelt of poo
In London to visit family and enjoy a break. I found the hotel had everything we needed very comfortable and quite handy for all locations. Very quiet room therefore a good nights sleep was had by all. Would recommend and would come again. Good value for money.
Summary
As I was walking to this hotel from the local tube (less than 5 mins walk) I began to worry that I'd booked a cheap hotel and was going to have to walk out in disgust and have to pay through the nose for an alternative. However when I walked into my room I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that the room was a good size, was nicely furnished and clean. The lack of free wifi was a bit frustrating, but other than that I found the hotel to be great value for money.
Summary
Excellent value for money, totally acceptable hotel. My wife and daughter used a taxi to get to the nearest big bus stop which meant spending around £15 to get to the bus stop.
Would stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to family who are on a budget. What out if you take your own car as this is an extra £20 per day. Which can bump up costs quite a bit if you are going for a few days
This was the first time we had stayed at this hotel, chosen mainly for it's location. We were pleased with the room, the standard of cleanliness ,comfort of beds. The staff were both pleasant and efficient. We would certainly stay again when we next require a hotel in the Vauxhall area.
Originally we did not intend to eat at the hotel, but on the morning of our departure, we decided to have breakfast. This was very disappointing. The choice was limited and much of it quite tasteless & inferior. In particular the bread rolls & croissants. There was only a choice of two cereals. It would surely be easy to put out a wider selection. Also the coffee was rather unpleasant. At £5-95p, we felt this was expensive. However the hotel scored well with us otherwise.
In fact, we have already booked another stay at this hotel, but will take breakfast elsewhere.
Overall a very clean, comfortable hotel. The only problem is that is on the main flightpath to Heathrow, and sometimes it felt like the planes were going to land on my bed!
Summary
1. Do not get of change foreign money (Euro $ etc)
2.Wlan is 5 Pounds an hour
Booed this last minute fro a little over £100 and it was better than i though it would be. Very clean and staff were very nice.
Summary
Which was unfortunatelly spoiled by the taxi driver order from the reception desk. I had arranged the taxi driver to drive me for the meeting but the driver was not able to find The O2 arena for 90 minutes. In that fact I was late on my meeting which was very important and my business partner felt very disappointed. Meanwhile I did not receive the proper receipt from the taxi driver in order to enclose it into company accountants. The car did not have the taxi meter and was driving without the navigation at the total price of 27 GBP!
I am sorry to say that I will not choose the same hotel again.

The room was comfortable and clean, however the duvets were very thin.
I enjoyed my stayed but found that when checking in it wasnt clear as to where the front door and reception desk was.
Check in was good and quick. I had a stick as I was recovering from an accident. I didn't ask for any special requests but I was given a room on the ground floor suitable for people in a wheel chair or with mobility problems. Everything was very clean. We were at the front and could hear the traffic noise but this wasn't loud enough to be a problem unless you like the windows open. Car parking was no problem. We ate breakfast at Estrellas down the road which was good and reasonably priced. The tube station was a few minutes walk away. We would use this hotel again.
Summary
The hotel was convenient for our party of 3 persons as we attended a birthday nearby. The check in and out were both carried out efficiently. The accommodation was situated at the front of the building on the first floor. There was some traffic noise throughout the night. Unfortunately, there were a number of inconsiderate guests who slammed doors until about 4.00 a.m. The ironing facilities on the first floor near the lift were useful but better lighting should be provided overhead the ironing board - it was impossible to see the garment and creases etc.!
Breakfast was not taken in the hotel.
Jacuzzi bath-brilliant!!! very nice room with great moden decor.....if I can get this room again I will stay here on all my trips to London in future.....
Summary
Very clean and comfortable rooms, a great night sleep!
Summary
Very impressed with this Hotel. Central location just outside the congestion charge zone but close to city centre. Room was very clean & modern & beds were comfy. Wasn't too keen on having to pay a parking charge of £20 a day because you have no choice once you are there, but apart from that we all enjoyed our stay & fitted everything in to the 3 days.
Summary
On arrival at the hotel checking in was prompt and receptionist friendly ,until two members of my family visiting from Glasgow, had a bad expierience when trying to pay with Scottish money! The receptionist was very hesitent to accept these pounds sterling notes, and asked if we were able to pay by other means,my nephew was appalled the
receptionist, did not know that this was legal tender.I would also like to add that we got a black hackney cab taxi from the west end to the hotel, which cost £8.50, when we asked the hotel later that night around 6pm to order us a taxi back to the west end,the used a private firm which cost us £20,more than double!!Not sure what that was about?but I can guess.
We had reserved a twin room. We were twice given the keycard to double rooms. Eventually we ended up in a "family" room that was claustrophobic and had a bunk bed in the middle of it. This was effectively a downgrade. Pillows were thin and foam filled. My feet hung off the end of my single bed (and I am only 6 feet tall). En suite bathroom so small it felt like being in the toilet on a train (and I'm not talking about the Orient Express). Terrible. It is now clear to me why all the Novotels in South London were full but the Comfort Inn Vauxhall had rooms (albeit not a twin for me).
Summary
We stayed last Summer because it is good value, has parking and is near the tube station. The rooms are basic but adequate. Two criticisms: both times we have had a room at the back which should be quieter however the smokers sit outside the entrance at the back until the early hours talking very loudly and the smell of smoke is disgusting. Both reasons make it impossible to have a window open. We had a family room for four but the tea tray had only one biscuit on it which was never replaced once eaten. We would stay again because of its proximity and price but will take ear plugs and biscuits next time.
Summary
Very good.
Summary
All, what ever you do, think twice about staying in this hotel. At best it can be described as a Youth Hotel and at £125 for the evening, it was terrible. If had not already booked this through laterooms I would have travelled further to find a better hotel. I can think of nothing positive to say about this place.
Summary
This a great hotel, if a little hard to find, if your from out of town, easy access from the tube though, when booking make sure you book a car parking space otherwise you have to park on the side of the road, which is cheaper than the £20 pounds the hotel charges but there might not be a space close to the hotel.
Summary
Excellent location and good value for money. We had a lovely quiet room at the back of the hotel.
Would certainly recommend this hotel.
I was woken at this hotel in the early hours by the noise of aircraft presumably flying into Heathrow. Then I could smell cigarette smoke, which I hate. I investigated and found one of the large windows of the room (hidden behind curtains) was open so I closed it and had a less disturbed sleep. The staff were polite and helpful.
Summary
Although my room was upgraded the hotel was very basic. The staff didn't seem very bothered & I barely saw anyone at reception or at breakfast. The parking was limited and although I had requested parking I was told the car park was full.
