I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several...
I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times and it has always been clean and tidy, however, it is definitely not a four star hotel as listed on Laterooms. Make sure you ask for a room NOT overlooking South Lambeth Road as it is so noisy all night long from traffic. Our room was near the lift so we also suffered from noisy guests all night long as well. There's no power shower as listed on the room details as the water was barely luke warm on the friday. The cleaner didn't replenish tea/coffee or even wash up dirty cups during our stay (as I said, definitely not 4*).

Good value clean and comfortable room a little...
Good value, clean and comfortable room a little cramped with third bed in room.Overall excellent! Would stay again, good public transport links.

Whilst i found the room surprisingly large it...
Whilst i found the room surprisingly large it felt unclean even though it had been cleaned. The carpet and chair were heavily stained, the quality of the Tv reception was poor and to top it all being a room linked to another room via an internal door was very noisy. If you are on the ground floor and face the car park, then dont expect to get much sleep as people coming in and out of the hotel walk right past your window so both conversation and footsteps disturb you. I did not like walking down the very dark corridor where the lights only came on after you stepped into it, that made me feel a little vulnerable. Would i stay there again....NO! Would i recommend it ....NO. It was a tired room that needed a revamp.

The hotel is deceiving from the outside It...
The hotel is deceiving from the outside. It is not attractive from the outside but inside it was modern and clean. The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms nice. Our first (non-smoking) room smelt heavily of smoke so we were moved quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Not happy that we were given a bunk...
Not happy that we were given a bunk bed when i booked the hotel on line i was told it was four single beds. So it was a bit of a shock for us to see the bunk bed. None of us could go up to the top level so we had to put the mattress on the floor and one of us had to sleep on the floor.

Had a wonderful stay on my hen night...
Had a wonderful stay on my hen night.. the staff were so friendly and helpful.And the beds were really comfy - Didn't want to get up! would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tout propre et très sympa. La chambre était très commode et ils ont fait attention au moindre détail. Nous avons bien aimé et on serait prets à y revenir. Le Desk chek etait super sympa et très gentil

Disappointed, wouldn't go back, wouldn't recommend either. Service was reasonable, room was clean, but for £95 I expect access to evening meals and don't expect the bin lorry to take 30 minutes to load up at 3am outside my window. Avoid.

Paid per night more than it is worth...
Paid £40 per night more than it is worth to stay here and will look elsewhere in future unless the price comes down drastically.

Great hotel very convenient london sights lt br...
Great hotel, very convenient london sights.only gripe is no food facilities at hotel only breakfast and what a food fight that is! Not worth the money. Two girls who obviously can't cope with the rush and food that kept running out. Seemed to be a fight to use the toaster with kids jumping in front of you. We ended up just using tea facilities in bedroom and buying croissants from a close by sainsburys. Otherwise quite a good hotel.

I just didnt think the hotel was paticularly...
I just didnt think the hotel was paticularly nice. The lights in the room were controled by one switcvh so you could not have a reading light on without having all the other lights on. The hotel offered poor bar and food facilities and the breakfast was awful. Would not recommend this hotel nor stay in another Comfort Inn again.

The 3 of us were comfortable in a spacious room and will stay there again as it is very convenient for both our family and easy access to the west end

Staff were helpful especially about booking dot dot...
Staff were helpful, especially about booking dot2dot to Gatwick and I could store luggage there before the room was available. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean, however the carpet desperately needs replacing and the duvet cover was ripped. This hotel is a bit too far out from central London for the tourist. I had to take the underground followed by a bus to return at night. there was no taxi available at the underground
