The accommodation was nice but is was freezing cold when I entered the room. Two of the windows were wide open & the outside temperature was -4C. I closed the windows but in spite of that the room temperature never exceeded more than approx. 8°C.

The accommodation was very clean, plenty of space in our room with two double beds so would have been great for a family break. Bed was comfortable. Hotel located back from the main Kings Cross road so no traffic noise. Room had all the amenities for cooking and tables for eating. Good size TV. Decent shower but no bath. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Only slight downer was the breakfast was a bit limited. Good price for London at the moment where the rates are going sky high and stupid.
Summary
Very near King's Cross and St Pancras. Good value for money. Only complaint was soft bed.
Summary
We visited London, with a view to combining a shopping trip with visiting the well known attractions. The close proximity 100 yards of Kings Cross with the number of Tube lines available made travelling easy. The hotel gave us everything we wanted and would stay there again.
Summary
I stayed around the corner at the other Comfort Inn Kings Cross the night before due to a confusion in the names - an experience definately not to be repeated. This venue is cleaner, more spacious and the owners are hands on and very caring.
Summary
Better than expected and very handy for Kings Cross station.
Summary
The receptionist was clearly more interested in talking on the phone and using you tube on his computer everytime we went in and out of the building, he managed a hello and goodbye at the beginning and end of our stay, he did little to interact with us or make us feel welcome
the room was ok except that the main bedroom door could not be closed as an extra bed in the room meant the double bed had been moved over, the beds were probably the most uncomfortable i have ever slept in
the breakfast room is clearly too small for the size of the hotel 14 rooms and only 6 tables layed out in a very tiny space - people were falling over themselves trying to reach the oddly laid out 'buffet'
the shower was awful and at times only a trickle of water could be managed
there were only two mugs provided for 4 people, the kitchen cupboard would not close because the plates were too big to sit on the shelf, the mirror was hanging off the wall and the general paintwork was shabby
the only good think to say was that there were two good tv's and air condition in the main bedroom which was definetely needed as the rooms were so hot and its close to kingscross station
Good clean accommodation which was close to public transport.
Summary
Ideal location, ideal price, very clean. perfect for a couple of nights stay on a budget.
Summary
Very shocked and horrified after a long and tiring journey from north of Scotland to find that our room had not been made up from previous customer.Room was on the basement so very depressing, beds were not made, curtains not open and dirty cups in sink. Not a very warm welcome and the same on the day of departure, hope you had a comfortable stay would have been nice to hear!!
