Clean modern room, quiet location, very short walk to St Pancras & Kings Cross. Reception area and breakfast room very small and basic. Buffet breakfast adequate but we had asked for it to be ready half an hour earlier than usual in order to catch a Eurostar train and receptionist agreed, but in the morning the person who sets out the buffet had only just arrived so we couldn't see the full range of things available. Shame the buffet can't be ready earlier for those catching early trains.

A perfect location for falling out of your train at kings cross and being in your room in 5 minutes! I was given a free upgrade to a top floor suite. which was airy and spacious so I cannot comment on their single rooms (which I had booked) Staff were helpful at reception and at breakfsast. Free luggage storage without hassle was very useful. Breakfast was self service with a very basic choice but the food was fresh and ok, Could have done with egg cups for the eggs though!..
A good no frills hotel for the tourist and business traveller in a convenient location for all public transport

Moved to comfort suites a few streets up - had paid 160 for a superior room and had to make do with a family room - One bed short. The room itself was tiny but very clean, modern and comfortable. Best of all for this area, it was quiet and safe. Maybe they need to get rid of some of the 'suite style' gadgets (microwave, fridge, etc) which are not really relevant to what was, after all, just a small double room.

A great place to stay very close to St Pancreas tube station which is close to Euston so for a 1st trip an excellent location. Our room was great (twin,en-suite,small fridge, microwave), the hotel staff were on the desk 24 hrs, and the luggage room on checking out was very helpful so we could tour around on the last day. The breakfast was fine, although we never made it the second morning but that was because of our 5am bedtime- so no fault of the hotel! Had a fantastic weekend and would definitely stay here again. Very much recommend this hotel, nice quiet street and rooms were clean and comfortable.

An unpretentious hotel. The rooms are unexciting but immaculately clean with a good standard of linen and towels and a comfortable bed. The level of security is good as well. This was my second visit. I chose it because of its proximity to King's Cross and the Tube. I can nip back just before my train goes to pick up my case so no lugging luggage half way round London. No views or frills but good value for money ( your tariff includes a basic but decent 'continental' breakfast, and friendly staff. Recommended.

As business traveller from the Bahamas attending a University of London lecture series, my colleague and I spent 11 nights at Comfort Suites King's Cross. It was close to local eateries, underground and buses.
The room was comfortable with more than enough space for 2 with a small refrigerator and microwave. Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful. Continental breakfast was nice with gourmet coffee options. Would have only wished for ham or bacon along with the boiled eggs, cereal, cheeses, yogurts, juices and pastries.
Internet service was disappointing as it was costly at 15 for 24 hrs of usage and service dropped out intermittently eating away at our time as our lectures required constant internet access. The front desk staff was accommodating and tried their best to rectify it as soon as it was discovered.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. I have stayed there before and would continue to stay there again if I was in the Kings Cross, Bloomsbury, Euston area. Getting Choice Privileges points was an extra.

I was able to find the hotel very easily. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpfull and a lugage room was made available to leave my bag after check out untill my train home. Kings cross and St Panreas are only a couple of hundred yards away but on a relativlety quiet street. Although I did feel a little uncomfortable walking down the street on my own at night. There is very little room to relax outside the room or suite and no bar so when you are in its a case of watching telly, bed, or take a bottle back and drink alone. On the whole though a positive cosy experience.

We thought this hotel was perfect for our requirements on this short break. It is conveniently situated in a street opposite St Pancras International, so therefore handy for the underground, taxis, shopping etc. We also found it very handy to leave our luggage at the hotel on our departure day and then call back for it before our train was due to leave. We had a suite which meant that we had a galley kitchen as well as the bedroom and bathroom. This would be especially useful when travelling with children or for a longer break. The breakfast provided was perfectly adequate too.

We chose this hotel as the location was convenient. Very basic accommodation, reminded me more of student digs than a city hotel. Room initially looked clean but the bedspreads had dubious stains and I ended up with bug bites on my leg. Breakfast was okay, nothing special: dining room was cramped and several guests had to wait outside for a free table. Only saving grace was the staff - polite and helpful. For 140 per night we expected more, certainly not a room in the basement where we were kept awake by the rumblings from the tube trains until midnight then from 6am.

The standard of the room was good with plenty of space, the bathroom was spotless and the other two rooms were very clean. The hotel is very convenient for Kings Cross and St. Pancras main line stations and the numerous underground lines from Kings Cross, however we did not find the hotel at all noisy. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay but because we had an early Eurostar departure, before 7am, they were unable to provide it. We felt that they could have at least provided a continental breakfast, regardless of the departure time. Even though our stay was in October we found the rooms to be very warm overnight, some form of air conditioning is needed, we suspect that in the summer the rooms would be unbarely hot.

The room looked fantastic and was clean, athough I have marked down a wee bit as there were some sneaky ants maurauding around in the bathroom! I am talking about 5 rather than 500 but it was enough to make me move our bags off the floor, just in case they decided to come home with us.
Room was well decorated (and surprisingly large), bed comfortable, bathroom roomy. Found it a bit strange that there was no bin available in the kitchen area. Bathroom was clean and tidy, plenty of clean towels. Showergel and Shampoo (attached to shower wall) were lovely! Bed was comfy, digital tv in bedroom and main room, fridge and microwave available. There was a safe available in the room which was handy. If you have a room with a fridge, keep it at minimum. Turning it to normal or max to increase cooling turns it into a freezer, as we discovered when we came to drink our frozen solid cola.
The location was superb - 1 minute (i kid you not) from St Pancreas station (eurostar) and kings cross undergound. Around 5-7 minutes walk to London Euston station. Kings cross is an excellent station for access to the underground lines with all the main attractions. Also, you can buy a ticket for 5.30 which will take you anywhere in central london all day. Great value for money.
Considering the location of the hotel, I couldn't believe how quaint and quiet the street was. I would definitely stay again.
On a more dissapointing note - the breakfast was a big let down. Everything came in bulk from the cash and carry and it showed. Cheap bread, rock hard croissants, watery orange juice and warm, full fat milk. Not nice at all. However, the teabags made a great cuppa!
I would recommend popping across the road to St Pancreas station, with lovely crepes, french bakery and coffee available, it's a little slice of paris in London.

The Hotel is easy accesable from Kings Cross Station and is on first appearence very cosy and comfortable. the reception staff could have been friendlier and the check in time more flexible. I used the luggage store twice on arrival and departure, it was very cramped and i was worried about leaving my laptop in there. The room was very comfortable with extra amenities but the toilet in the ensuite was in a very cramped space and a bit claustraphobic and the fancy air conditiong unit in the corner of the room wouldnt switch on. The Sound proofing was terrible as my room was close to the stairs leading to breakfast and other rooms and i could hear every word and outside noise. I was woken up early mornin by a very loud fire alarm that lasted about 60 seconds and was caused by smoke in the kitchen and kept goin off and was very unsettling. The breakfast was the worst part. A very small room with cramped tables and hardly anything on offer promised in the brochures etc, just a few tinned peaches, and sliced bread, no fresh fruit or crossiants etc and the very basic cerials of cornflakes and rice crispies and not even fresh milk. Considering the high price for a single room of nearly 100 i would have expected better and was a little disapointed, i have had much better in some of the near by hotels that are 50% cheaper

Only spent one night here for my daughter Hen weekend. My sister and I stayed in suite 14 but it was big enough for 5 people. The room was immaculately clean, bathroom was lovely, great shower. Lovely quiet room, slept well. My daughter and 2 of her friends stayed in suite 12 which was also superb. Breakfast was great, help yourself to as much cereal, toast etc as you want, But get to the breakfast room well before end or you'll be told off by the maid. We will definitely stay here again, especially as its so close to Kings Cross/St. Pancreas stations.

The hotel was fine but perhaps a little over priced. I booked a single room and ended up in a huge suite with 4 beds, a kitchenette and 2 sofas ! The room had been recently redecorated. The hotel is located opposite St. Pancreas station and is only a 5 minute walk to Euston. The continental breakfast was a waste of space however - there was no orange juice and only some slightly stale croissants and no jam. If I stayed again, I wouldn't bother with breakfast - there are plenty of places in the area where you could get something better.

This hotel is such a gem that I shouldn't really leave this feedback in case it is full next time I want to stay! Conveniently close to King;s Cross, it is ideal for a short London break, wherever you are visiting. The suites include a small kitchen and eating area but beware that the cooking utensils are very basic and only a kettle and microwave are supplied. However, with M&S food stores at both Kings Cross and St Pancras, you should be able to find something to whizz in the microwave.
The hotel dining room only offers breakfast. If you want a reasonable meal nearby go to the French restaurant in the lower level of the Eurostar terminal at St P. Very fast service and wholesome food at a reasonable price.

We stayed in this hotel for one night prior to going to Paris on Eurostar. It is really close to the station and the room we stayed in was super for the three of us (2 adults, 1 10-year old child). The staff on reception were polite and helpful. Can' t comment on the food as we didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

We went by Taxi and it was easy to find. The room was very clean and comfortable and you could even warm food as there was a microwave which surprised me. I went with a two other people and they thought the same as me and we would definitely stay there again. It was very central and was within easy walking distance of the railway station.

This is the cleanest establishment I have ever stayed at, including my own house! The room was comfortable and spacious, with an excellent kitchen area and free room safe. The shower room and toilet was small but well appointed with unlimited hot water and a powerful shower. Shower gel, soap and shampoo are provided and plenty of thick clean towels. We stayed here because of it's close proximity to St Pancras Eurostar terminal, and it was literally a 2 minute walk from hotel to station. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, cheap place to stay, close to St Pancras and Kings Cross, then I highly recommend this place.

This is a very limited service 'hotel' a converted bording house but the finishings are to a very good standard. I had a basement suite with a double bed, 1 single a very clean bathroom and a small kitchen. The downside was the noise the walls are a little thin and my room was below reception that has a wooden floor and with people walking through during I had a disturbed night. Price 90.

A basic three star hotel. The bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was very basic and hard. the shower room was more than adequate with plenty on hot water and thermostatic shower, but no cold water in the basin. the suite was for 4 people and advertised microwave, fridge etc. but there were only two plates in the cupboards so it was just as well we were eating out.
All in all we required a place to crash overnight and for a family of 4 it was reasonable value for money and OK. the rooms and hotel were very clean and the breakfast adequate.

I know I've not given great marks because frankly, although the room I had was quite big and nice, it was a little run down, to be fair the whole place was a bit run down.
Don't get me wrong I liked the place and would stay there again if they weren't constantly booked up, there was plenty of space and it was comforable, added to which it has a microwave and fridge so you can cater for yourself if you don't want to spend a fortune on food.
Breakfast was not wonderful.
But really I marked it down because of the little touches, like the door handle coming off in your hand; the hot tap producing cold water, but to be fair the cold tap did furnish hot water so when you got used to that it was fine.

Make sure you get the correct room key when collecting from reception! Dont use hotel to book a taxi, I was ripped off - 12 for a 2.5mile ride in light traffic. Excellent location, easy to find close to Kings Cross Station so ideal if say travelling on Eurostar( from November) early next day. We arrived late morning and were able to store suitcase in locked cupboard. We had an executive suite in the basement but it was bright and quiet. Also lots of additional room having dining table + chairs, sofas and kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Only down side was it had a shower and no bath but no problem if short stay. Hotel receptionist was polite and helpful but not overly friendly. Recommended Italian restaurant Casa Mamma nearby on Grays Inn Road and food was great plus very reasonably priced. A few metres down from there was a super takeaway/cafe Orlandos( I think) - cheap, clean and cheerful. Breakfast was very basic continental and they used UHT milk. Definitely room for improvement there but nonetheless for a London hotel we were pleased overall.

The location of this hotel is ideal for travellers from the Midlands being opposite St. Pancras railway terminal. The accommodation is in the same vein as Travel Inn, although built within a Victorian terrace property. Consequently the rooms are on the generous size albeit oddly shaped rooms. There is the added advantage of additional facilities such as fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. The inclusive Continental Breakfast was very unappealing to us having very little in the way of choice and the dining room was very cramped and characterless.
The location of the hotel is rather drab with few facilities and the tube will be essential to visiting London's attraction, but at least the tube station is only a few steps away. There is also some nightime noise but not out of character to a London borough.
During our visit the staff were helpful but only in a perfunctory fashion, maybe due to linguistic barriers.

Breakfast was fine though no cooked breakfast although we were aware of this before we booked. Had a good nights sleep and was quiet to say the hotel was in Kings Cross.
Had we been staying here for any longer than one night we could have done with more storage space as there were no drawers for clothes. Translated into Australian $s it is quite expensive for what you would receive in way of accommodation in Australia, but other things like location, cleanliness and staff helpfulness make up for it.
