Overall was dated & a bit grubby. The shower in my room was broken and the small TV had a volume limit meaning that you had to sit fairly close to it to hear it properly.Currently undergoing a facelift so should be vastly improved, Would describe it as basic but good value, would not stay again unless I had no option. Staff were cordial & the location was excellent, 2 mins walk to Holborn tube & a 10 minute stroll to Kings Cross / Covent Garden.

Very disappointed that I was not told the car park was out of commission when the room was booked! I had to park a distance of 1km at a cost of £36.00 for the night!!

Does what it says on the tin! Only small criticism was that a quilt would be a better option than a blanket - room wass cold without leaving heating on all night

Basic room but very clean and everything worked ok. In an excellent location - close to tube and walking distance to most places.Having an Ipod dock would make the room a lot better - all in all good value for money.

I am from donegal in Ireland and my husband was having major surgery in a nearby hospital, we actually stayed in the hotel for 7 nights in total, it was very centrally located to sainsburys across the road to allow us to self cater if we wished and if not there were an abundance of local eateries, we were within walking distance 20 minutes at most of oxford street and in the other direction approx 20 theatres and covent garden, the staff were very helpful, access to the internet in the room was fabulous for emailing family, tv and cd player great, we were very happy with the firm sofa bed, very comfortable, cant praise it enough, you'd want to be very fusy and extra posh to be concerned about a little bit of damaged wood at the base of the bath frame, it had a great standard of cleanliness and the glass was sound resistant so at night we could hear nothing from the street 6 floors down, would definately go back and we will probably bring the kids with us next time

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist on duty tried to charge me 30% than I had booked it for on LateRooms. I stood firm on the rate and the manager agreed it. We then had to change room as she had booked us a double when I had asked for a twin. We saw a different receptionist to do this and she was very helpful.

Excellent overnight stay. It was an apartment and the settee folded down without a problem. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but that was OK.

Excellent loction and to have the well equipped kitchenette was nice, the bed (which was a fold out bed settee) was not particularly comfortable however. We had to turn the fridge off as it was making a bit of a noise but that was easily done. All in all we would stay there again as it was very convenient for Covent garden.

I was given a newly refurbished and very nice room with kitchen, bathroom, at back of hotel. very swish indeed, no complaints at all for under £90, but think I was lucky, not many redone to date in this location. worth asking.
