Excellent accomodation, staff very helpful, Room Clean and comfortable. Would stay again when requiring overnight accomodation.

We stayed for 1 night and wished i found this place a few yrs ago as would have saved a fortune on hotel rooms etc, great location, extremely friendly staff and accommdating, you could cook in the room , (which we did for breakfast), plenty of restaurants in the area, great pub close by and kensignton high st only a 15 walk away along with Hyde pk just 5 mins away. would recommend the Citadines anytime, and im looking forward to staying in one of their other places in Europe.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are in a good spot for exploring London especially the museums. comfortable and well equiped rooms.

Convenient for our concert at the Albert Hall, also good for visiting V & A and Natural History musuem. Found a good pub nearby for good pub food.

What a find. Excellent quality modern apart-hotel facilities only five minutes from Glouceter Road tube station and surrounded by restaurants. Beats the traditional hotels in the area hands down. My hotel of choice in West London now on.

Good service, stylish accomodation, close to tube, good location, versatile facilities for young family, restaurants and shops just outside.

It was not clearly explained at booking time this hotel has not a daliy houskeeping service. We were also obliged to every day reclaim new, clean towels. Room heating was insufficient.

Great, modern apartments with everything you could wish for. We stayed in an executive 1 bedroom duplex apartment-linen was lovely and clean. we had an apartment that looked onto a busy road, but you would never have guessed t-it was so quiet-as was the whole building! Slept really well nwith no disturbances. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful on checking in and when I complained the room was a little cold, they immediately sent someone with a heater. area as fantastic-loads of places to eat and shop. We went to the Royal albert Hall and the location was great-about a 15 min walk. Would definitely recommend it.

This aparthotel ticked all the boxes for us, modern, clean and so close to the shops , underground, musuems etc. We would certainly recommend this to friends and we will definately be booking here again.

This was an especially nice place to stay as the hotel staff realised it was a 21st birthday treat and left birthday card and chocolates in the room - lovely touch and very much appreciated.
