Room overall was of good quality. I noticed though the floor and carpet in the bedroom was damaged. On my third day the pipes in the kitchen sink broke, it was fixed the next day.

Very nice environment. When I booked it it is only £160 per night. Like staying at home, the kitchen and living room are comfortable with all the facilities we need. Very careful preparation such as kitchen stuffs. Me and my family are very happy with it. But it was windy and raining when we stayed so even 10 mins walk to the station is still a lil bit far. But it would be really nice if the weather is better. Many restaurants just downstairs next to the river.

Spacious Appartment in convenient location.

We found this to be great value accommodation- cheaper than booking two rooms in a 'value hotel' and much more quiet, spacious and comfortable. Great to have the choice to self-cater when you are travelling with a family. The Canary Wharf area is very business-orientated and we stood out somewhat as tourists with hoodie-clad teenage children. However the appartments are quite convenient for the tube so getting around the rest of London was easy.

Will never stay in a hotel again!

What an excellent place to stay.
An apartment is definately my future choice over a hotel.
It was a little hard to find at first but its right next to the four seasons hotel.
The apartment itself was immaculate and modernly decorated.
Only down side was the 10am check out but that was probably due to the fine Ale in the Cat and Canary.
Overall the best experience I have had staying away from home.
I paid £109 for my nights stay which is a bargain for what you get.

Well for totally selfish reasons I would say that. If everyone found out just how good these apartments are they would all want to come, and then where would I stay? I have stayed several times whilst on business and have not found anywhere else which matches the high standards of Circus Apartments, especially at the discounted rates through Late Rooms. Although there are no views of the river from the apartments, their riverside location next to the Thames Clipper service is brilliant. The apartments are large and well furnished and you get complimentary use of the Virgin Active facilities next door. The kitchens are well fitted if you fancy cooking or if you are feeling lazy it is a 5 minute stroll across to the bars and restaurants on West India Quay. Despite the lure of the bright lights of London, I often find the apartments so relaxing I just want to stay in. The apartments are spotless, the furniture although not "on trend" is comfortable, the beds perfect, and the surroundings peaceful. Why on earth would anyone want to stay in a hotel when you can stay somewhere like this? So, as I say, pretty rubbish really...

Everything was excellent, and I would stay here again. The only warning I would give to people who haven't stayed here before is that Westferry Circus is on a different level than Westferry Road. The instructions given to walk up the stairs leading to the Four Seasons Hotel are critical. The Circus Apartments are on your right, before you get to the Four Seasons.

Wouldn't stay again

Although the apartment was a fantastic size, it was badly lit, with only half the lighting working and not particularly clean or comfortably furnished (although the bed was amazing!)
There was a very large wet area of carpet outside the bathroom door, and as this was within the bedroom area, the bedroom also smelled badly of damp, to the extent that I considered not sleeping in there. I called the concierge regarding the leak to be told it had happened earlier and the carpet had been cleaned. It wasn't particularly clean, was wet enough to make my feet damp, and as there was no other sign of water escape/damage, I wouldn't like to hazard a guess at what it might have been.
Slept badly, couldnt wait to get out of there and most definitely would not stay there again.

One of the best we've stayed at!

We stay in London about once a month and use both hotels and apartments. This has to be one of the best we've used. It has good transport links to the centre (both bus and tube). The apartments were comfortable, spacious and very clean. We have two grown-up boys and the two bedroomed, two bathroom apartment was ideal for our needs. We could all spread out after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.
If I had a criticism it would be that a 10 O'clock check out is far too early - particularly on a Sunday morning, although we were able to store our luggage both before we checked in and after our departure. We arrived early and our apartment was not ready. The young receptionist could have improved our first impression by offering service with a smile. However, on our return later that evening the male receptionist was very help and extremely pleasant.
The beds were very comfortable and the accommodation was quiet.
The Manager was extremely friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had enjoyed our stay - excellent customer service! We will definitely stay again.

None luxurious luxury apartment

Whilst the apartment was very clean and modern I would not describe it as luxurious, more like standard. One would expect washing up liquid to use in the kitchen too. The towels were quite grey not the colour white they were supposed to be. The receptionist was not very friendly. I object to paying a deposit which isn't returned for several days. A staff memeber should have inpected the flat with us and returned the deposit immediately.

Matched expectation from other reviews - and the location exceeded expecatation

Visited the Circus Apartments in Canary Wharf in April 2011 with two young children. we booked for two nights and ended up staying an extra night because it was so good.
I had read some other reviews and got what I expected:
- spacious apartment
- helpful staff
- great views (we had a tenth floor apartment)
- some minor work needed
- easy transport links to central London
I would visit these apartments again (it will be my London base!) and have already recommended it to my friends. One minor quibble is that wi-fi should be a utility and included in the price.
What i had not appreciated was how much there was to do in Canary Wharf itself, and how nice the area is. A lot of bars and restaurants and two size-able malls.

Excellent second visit, will stay again

This was our second stay at "Circus Apartments" and we were not dissappointed.
We had a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean and well equipped.
The West Ferry DLR station is a 2 - 3 minute walk and the center of Canary Warf is only a 5 - 8 minute leisurely walk. The Hotel is a little differcult to find, however just follow the signs for the Four Seasons Hotel and you will find the entrance, next door. We have found on both occassions the staff at the "Circus Apartments" to be first rate. They are very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing appears to be to much trouble. We will difinatley be staying at this hotel again while staying in London. One tip though take some extra coffee, tea bags and sugar with you as the welcome box, although very nice to have already there for you does not have a lot in the hot beverage range and you could be caught short.

A Great Find!

Myself, my partner and two friends shared a 2 bed apartment at the the circus apartments (Westferry). We all thought that it was a fantastic apartment, lovely and spacious, clean, luxurious and great value for money. Our only gripe was they could have provided you with some washing up liquid so we could wipe down the surfaces and a few cups etc. There was a dishwasher and had one dishwasher tablet, we were only there for one night so it didn't matter. The only other thing was this apartment had only one double bedroom, the other was a twin bedded room. We did put the beds together but they didn't really fit properly so would ask if they had an apartment with 2 doubles next time but would not let this put us off booking again if they hadn't. The location was great very close to the DLR, about 5 mins away. Overall we had a lovely break and wish we were there for longer.

Great Location and good value for money

The location is really nice, the apartment is spacious (British standard) and very comfortable beds, however, if your looking for a midnight snack/meal, nothing near by, the apartment could be better kept by performing minor maintenance, i.e., shampooing/cleaning rugs and replacing cracked tiles of the bathrooms. I would look for an alternative next time my wife and I visit london.

Weekend get-away

Apartments were only 5mins walk from Westferry station ... if you can find them! I have stayed in quite a few Bridgestreet apartments and i'm usually very happy with them. The 2 bed apartment was lovely & big with nice furnishings. A complementary breakfast pack had cereal, bread, milk & a few soft drinks. Nice shopping centres only 10 mins walk away. Recommend the Chinese & Gaucho restaurants nearby apartments to eat. Apartment was quiet at night so we all slept well. Would definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable stay!

I really enjoyed staying at the Circus Apartments. Four of us spent one night there and chose it for it's close proximity to the O2 Arena. My first impressions were very good. The receptionist was polite and helpful and the apartment had a bit of wow factor when we entered it. Spacious, nicely furnished, and clean! We were on the 4th floor with great views from our balcony and floor to ceiling windows. This is a very quiet area to stay at the weekends, by that I mean that we were not bothered by any external noises (traffic, other guests..) We all agreed we had a great nights sleep on the comfy cosy beds. A nice selection of bars, restaurants and shops were all conveniently within a short walking distance. I would definately use these apartments again as they were comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our short stay. :-)

Excellent Stay, highly recommend these apartments

We stayed at the Circus Apartments recently and will definately stay there again. The standard of the apartment couldn't of been of higher. Just a few minutes walk from the West Ferry DLR into town and only about a 15 miin trip into the Westend. The staff at the apartments couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. If you miss the shops for tea and coffee etc. Don't worry too much as there was a carton of orange juice, ltr of fresh milk, cereals for breakfast, packet of biscuits and a couple of cans of cold drinks all complimentary. The beds in this apartment have to be the best I've ever slept on away from home. Top notch!!! The only problem I found was trying to locate the entrance to the apartments as there is a bit of a weird round about system at Canary Warf. However if you take the upper round about and not the bottom one and head for the Four Seasons hotel, you will find the entrance to the Circus Apartments. Once again, would totally recommend these apartments as the whole experience was a great one. The Staff, the apartment, the locations all brilliant.

Excellent Value for Money

I've never stayed in a managed apartment before so didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. The apartment was huge and very modern.
I had originally looked at local hotels in the area. This apartment was cheaper than all but one of the local hotels and when you consider the sheer amount of space and comfort you get with this apartment, it really is a no-brainer.
My only gripe is that I had to vacate the apartment by 10am.

We were very pleased with the accomodation, it was very clean and the rooms were all above average in size.
One of the lady receptionists was a little unhelpful, although all the other ones were more than helpful.
We were on the Canary Wharf Development and there are a number of bars, restaurants, shops close by wnich was very useful.
Close to both DLR and Jubilee Line, it would be worth checking for engineering works on a weekend, if you are travelling to the centre of London.
Parking is around £20 per day, you may get it a little cheaper if you contact the apartments ahead of arring.
The only other point is that it is a little tricky to find on the SATNAV as it is on a roudabout which sits above another roundabout.
