We always look forward to staying at this hotel. Ideal location for the River Thames, Kew gardens and the Chiswick High Road. The room was more 'standard' than last time for example no wet room section with shower - but still good quality and because it was on the 6th floor with stunning views over West London. We walked a few hundred metres up the main road to have an all day breakfast with tea included for £3.95 which was almost as good as we experienced at the hotel last time! and much cheaper. We parked in the nearby street all weekend so saving £10 extra per day on parking. It is free parking from 6pm on Friday to 9am Monday. The underground tends to be shut some weekends for maintenance work so we had to get a bus to Hammersmith and tube from there.

They said they would transfer me to anothrer hotel 20 mins away, as this was not suitable as I had friends staying at the Chiswick Moran I declined the offer and we had to drive home after the party,as you can imagine it ruined our weekend.

Clean, modern hotel in a nice area with nearby underground straight to Victoria. Good value for London, attractive decor in the rooms - ours was on the small side but was still fine for an overnight stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel. Rooms are well equipped and very funky. The bar is excellent. I have eaten there before and lunch on that occasion was good too. Parking is plentiful. Staff are pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is OK buffet style with hot food. Don't arrive too late for breakfast as they start clearing up and getting ready for lunch right on time. I've stayed here quite a few times and will definitely stay again.

Everything was lovely. One small complaint re customer service is that we had pre booked breakfast yet when we went for breakfast the male member of staff at the greeting desk stated that we had not booked breakfast and was reluctant to let us in to the restaurant. He was rude and made no attempt to sort the matter out despite our requests to make enqs with reception. He then took exception to the fact that we required a table for 3 as opposed to 2 due to the face that we wanted to have breakfast with a friend who had also stayed at the hotel. He then hovered at our table throughout our meal as if we were about to run off without paying !! It was very uncomfortable and restricted enjoyment of our meal. Prior to us finishing our meal he gave all three of us a bill . He had therefore made no attempt to make enqs into our booking. It is such a shame as up till his bad manners and lack of customer service this was a perfect visit to a lovely hotel. To give this man his due he did later apologies and explained that he could only go on his printout sheets of paper for breakfasts? I am sure he could of given us a table and then sorted out the payment. Thank you.

I braved the snow to attend a good friend's party in Chiswick and found the hotel very much to my liking and very hospitable. Reception quickly checked me in, amended the booking for the fact that my partner had not wished to travel in such snowy conditions. They even gave me advice on how to ensure the room stayed warm while I was out at the party and happily gave me details of local taxis. Part of the heating system had failed, so breakfast the next morning was in an ad-hoc location, but still very pleasant. Loved the accommodation and will look forward to returning in the future.

Dissappointed with room. Room very small (Room 431). Have stayed previously for same rate and received a far larger room. Also, dissappointed that there was no mini bar and tv had very poor quality picture.

Although clearly a great deal of thought had gone into the room design and decoration there were a number of items not quite right. The worst was the olighting. The bathroom was too dark - not easy to see to shave! The bedside lights could only be switched off at one side of the bed and the arrangement of room lighting switches was confusing. The chairs provided were not very comfortable.Howevgert the bed was very comfortable.
