Staff absolutely brilliant and friendly. Certainly one of the best 4* hotels in central London. Because of it\'s size it can still provide an excellent personal service. I\'ll definitely stay there again.

Our only complaint, on another otherwise great break, was that this was a special deal stating a superior double room with breakfast, on our arrival the receptionist informed us all doubles were the same, but this is not true because on checking web site , prices vary for doubles! So differs from w hat we were told.
The hotel and food were very good, so other than the small room our stay was very pleasant.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I love it. The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. It has a lovely atmosphere and retains it's old charm which makes it special in my eyes. The food and service is excellent. My only criticism would be I didn't like being on the top floor this time.

Cant be better

Excellent hotel. Rooms not the biggest but very comfortable. Staff were excellent, very attentive without being intrusive, afternoon tea was fabulous.

From walking through the entrance door we were met with friendly staff who were glad to help in any way they could. Nice size clean room and a very comfortable spacious bed, although we had booked an upgraded room. Quietly located about a five minute walk from Green Park tube station it was perfect for forays into town. If the management are reading this, well done, we had a great weekend and a large part of it was down to your hotel.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel. All the staff from the doorman, front of house, bar and restaurant staff made us feel very welcome. I used to work in Berkeley Street years ago and used to book hotels for incoming Americans. I always think that smaller hotels always give a better service and yours did not disappoint.
