Excellent hotel. Rooms not the biggest but very comfortable. Staff were excellent, very attentive without being intrusive, afternoon tea was fabulous.

From walking through the entrance door we were met with friendly staff who were glad to help in any way they could. Nice size clean room and a very comfortable spacious bed, although we had booked an upgraded room. Quietly located about a five minute walk from Green Park tube station it was perfect for forays into town. If the management are reading this, well done, we had a great weekend and a large part of it was down to your hotel.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel. All the staff from the doorman, front of house, bar and restaurant staff made us feel very welcome. I used to work in Berkeley Street years ago and used to book hotels for incoming Americans. I always think that smaller hotels always give a better service and yours did not disappoint. Denise Wilson
