I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a night away from it all, just the two of us and i actually didnt intend to stay here, but i booked the night before our stay and they had rooms available whereas other hotels did not. Its a bit different from a hotel, what with there being a mini kitchen attached to the room! It was all beautifully decorated and really well kept. There is no food provided so you should remember to buy your own tea/ coffee! (we went to tesco at about midnight to buy some!) This place is great for couples, really romantic, and reasonably priced, at about 100 for a night. Its within walking distance of the tube and local amenities too. Really loved my stay here, te bed was lovely and cozy too!

Was overall very disapointed, room was not ready on arrival, the room didnt smell very nice as had to open the windows to let air in which as you can imagine was very noisy and although I shouldnt be surprised the room was nothing like the quailty of the picures on the website. Budget wise I suppose the 100 for a sat night in London is very good, but it was still very dissapointed.

A rather brash lobby. There was a party going on in part of the hotel late at night. The rooms were great value however.
The hotel is in the heart of South Kensington and is walking distance to Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. The room is like a small studio apartment, it would be ideal for business or a long stay. I stayed for 1 night and had a nice experience.
Although they are self catering apartments, you can order food from local take aways to be delivered to you until late.
I would definitely stay there again.

Room was decent, although overheated. Basic supplies were lacking - the maid visited our room only once in four nights, had to use our own soap and ration the toilet paper on the last day. In terms of checking in, the place is more like a serviced short term apartment let than a hotel.
A clean room, but the carpet was dirty in places. Draughts through the french doors & in the bathroom. Peel peeling off the bathroom wall.
Comfortable bed & pillows & nice bed linen. A couple of easy chairs would have been welcome.
The room was so small there was not room for both us and our bags. The bed was a small innersprung matress in which all the springs had sprung in different directions, the room was so small there was barely room to move around the bed and the bed had be moved to open the door. We checked out after one sleepless night.
Do not stay at this Hotel

The flat was described as a Studio Apartment but was basically a bedroom with a separate bathroom and a separate kitchen of a similar size to the bathroom. It was basic but clean but would have bebnefitted from providing a few basic and staple itemns - such as washing up liquid etc!

The appartments were just a short walk from the tube and about 10 minute walk to Harrods, 15 to Hyde Park. The appartment was good, although a bit dated. It was clean and had maid service every day. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for two people. Staff were helpful. It is a good base for sight-seeing. We would stay there again.

Stayed twice - first week on the 9th floor, almost worth it. The trouble is the decor/fittings are so shabby. The second week I got a dreadful, strange smelling room on the 4th floor - kitchen was so small and the window wouldnt open, the shower was dreadful and wouldnt reach the wall support, useless TV

The TV did not work. A replacement was brought after 40 minutes. It was impossible to turn on the rusted hot tap in the bath/shower - which meant a very cold shower in the morning.

GREat option if you are there for a few nights - room with little kitchen and table/chair area. slightly scruffy but homely. Supermarket 50M away, open late. Safe area and good for late stroll or drinks and food. Easy walking distance from tube. Lots of different travellers, tourists and business people so has quite a cosmopolitan feel to the place.

This is a self-catering appartment rather than a hotel and is perfectly fairly advertsied as such. However, a welcome tea bag or coffee sachet would have been useful! The room really is absolutely bare - no hairdryer or toiletries except for a small tablet of Palmolive with the laundry bag. This arrangement could be perfect, so long as you arrive equipped. Don't just turn up expecting to relax with a cuppa; you'll need to go shopping first!
The bedroom was a little shabby with worn bedlinen. There's no aircon. But it's well-located and a good price on Late rooms.

rooms were clean and warm. Ideally situated 5 mins from tube and right in the heart of chelsea. Staff were great and my entire visit was great. I would definately stay here again, though I would upgrade for two people as my room was fine for one but would be too small for two.

Great room, best bit is the kitchen and all its appliances. Annoying having security bang on door to see if one was in the room in the middle of the night. Never did find out why. Makes the place frightening .Wouldn't want to stay again and risk this happening again, especially if female.

My overall impression of the facility is positive although a minor nuissance should be mentioned: despite the fact that no maid shows up during the weekend a daily charge for a maid is separately shown on the invoice . A guest arriving on a Friday will not have his towels changed and the room cleaned until Monday. Otherwise, the rooms are quiet, the location excellent and the view, if you belong to the lucky guests staying on the 9th floor, is great.
