The apartments are in a good location in canary wharf if you need to be near London docklands etc. They are spaciuos, clean and presentable.
Parking is chargeable so you will pay for this per night or per 24hrs maybe easier to use tube.

This was the worse customer experience I think I have had in any walk in life. I had checked the apartments had concierge service. I turned up at night tired and unwell to be informed by the porter that they did not have keys for the apartments. He had no way of contacting the person who did and did not know where they were located. I was given no help. There was no mention of this in the text from laterooms but it was buried in an email. I then had to walk for half an hour around the isle of dogs at night to try and find the key - peering at the GPS on my iPhone. These people are not set up up for short term stays - avoid.
Summary
Comfortable 3 Star Apartment, very handy for Canary Wharf, very clean and great welcome pack.
Only downside is the TV could do with updating.
Excellent. This would normally cost around £120 a night so it spoilt me a bit. Couldn't fault any of it.
Summary
The apartment in itself was fine - large, well furnished and secure. Downsides - no free wireless, slightly tatty carpets and ageing TV with separate freeview box, not built in. But these are little issues - it's much more relaxing than staying in a hotel, and it's very well located for Canary Wharf tube and the various DLR stations.
The major downside if you're arriving late after a long day is that on your first night you need to collect keys from a different apartment block, 10 mins walk from the tube in the opposite direction to the apartment. If it hadn't been late and I wasn't tired it would not have been a problem, but on the day it felt really inconvenient.
