Es un hotel muy cercano a 3 estaciones de metro, 2 lineas distintas y a 2 calles de Queensway, donde hay gran cantidad de tiendas yservicios de todo tipo.El barrio es muy tranquilo pero estas a 5 paradas del centro de Londres.

On arrival we were informed we had been upgraded free of charge. However, the room was tiny, although clean and not what I have experienced beofre, especially for a 4 star hotel.

This is a great hotel close to Paddington...
This is a great hotel close to Paddington. Easy to get to and in a quiet area. We have stayed here twice now (a year in between) and have been happy with the stay. Rooms are clean and contemporary. Staff is friendly and willing to help.Only drawback is that there are no real duvets, but only a bed sheet and a blanket. This causes a bit of frustration at times when sleeping. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Highly professional staff with great attitude but avoid...
Highly professional staff with great attitude, but avoid basement rooms. Our first night was cramped, in a noisy room above the restaurant....which took deliveries at 3 AM! We were relocated for our remaining night, after complaining.This is a small hotel of contemporary design and reasonable value. Staff were mostly Spanish and were outstandingly good - better than most 4* & 5* international hotels we've experienced.
