Room is well overdue for an upgrade.Toilet needed to be pumped, beds and table old and worn
Continental breakfast only offered online. Upgrade to buffet cooked breakfast double the price. Cooked breakfast well set out, plentiful and tasty.

1st time stay in London
I thought the hotel was good value for money through late rooms. I couldn't really say anything bad about the hotel except for the car parking. Quite a big hotel for such a small car park. Although the staff are very understanding and allow you to park where ever there is a gap.
But I guess this is common across all of London.
Other than that the hotel was fine and my room on the fifth floor gave a stunning view of the city

Very impressed with standard of accommodation for the price. Rooms are spacious and mine was immaculate. Very god size and comfortable bed.

The room was ok bit old fashioned but we could hear exactly what was going on next door which wasnt nice specially in the middle of the night. but oh well.............

WHAT DID THE BEST REVIEW SAY?
