Overall, as usual a very friendly, hassle free stay
Summary
Clean room with comfortable beds, well laid out and with good shower/bathroom facilities. Breakfast experience wasn't great due to the sheer number of people eating at once which swamped the cramped dining room and seemed to have the serving staff fairly confused. Reception staff were very helpful. A little overpriced but I guess that's London for you!
Summary
The hotel is perfect for the short stay visitor and is located in a good part of the city. Only one complaint, the room was really warm all of the time even thought the heating wasnt on at all!
Summary
Room small, bed very small, TV poor reception, Reception staff poor customer care, did not want to sort out problems.
Summary
Convenient and comfortable
Summary
I stayed here on business during Wimbledon because every other hotel was either full or over-priced. The room was small and the walls are thin, but it was fine for one night. The best thing about the hotel is its location - 2 mins walk to the restaurants of Queensway or 10 mins to Notting Hill Gate. And 3 mins walk to Bayswater tube station. Perfect!
Summary
Hotel very clean. Nice large room with a double bed and two singles. Bath and a shower which was handy. Beds very comfortable. Good location very close to Notting Hill which is lovely. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and Whiteleys Shopping Centre right next to hotel. Only complaint is that the breakfast room is very hot, windows did not open and it was very stuffy when it was busy. Apart from that we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.
Summary
I've stayed here on business many times over a number of years. The hotel remains up to its usual standard: friendly, clean, quiet. It's excellently located for business in the west end and west London.
Summary
Very small room but pleasant enough. A cheap place to crash in london
Summary
We needed to get a hotel but it was very last minute. The client was in Millbank so we had to tube it in and out but it wasn't bad at all. The hotel was well placed and only a slight walk from a buys high street with large brand shops.
it was quiet one night and a but noisier the next. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good if typical. No idea why this hotel was fairly cheap given that almost everything around for miles was fully booked. Worth a go!!!
