I normally stay during the week but stayed...
I normally stay during the week but stayed here at the weekend with my wife and got upgraded to a Suite. The room and staff were excellent. The breakfast service was a little bit poor on the Sunday morning which was unusual as I've never had problems before. Must have been an off day. Would defintiely recommend this hotel.

I really like this hotel Shame I won't...
I really like this hotel. Shame I won't be staying as often in the near future. Always excellent service. Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff.

Another nice stay at the Mostyn Got upgraded...
Another nice stay at the Mostyn. Got upgraded to a suite for free this week. All very nice apart from the lounge being a little bit cool - the heating was upstairs in the bedroom. I also managed to fall down the stairs in the suite as was no grip on the edges of the tread. I suppose it was just an accident though. The staff are very pleasant and the rooms are spotless.

Another nice stay at the Mostyn. It really is a very nice hotel - very friendly staff. A minor quirk with the shower temperature control in this week's room but you often find minor niggles in hotel rooms in this price range so no real complaint. Room would have got a 6 if not.

I stay here regularly these days so I've had different rooms. They're all very nice and spotless - the Executive ones are excellent. I'd definitely stay here if I was travelling to London on a leisure trip.

Last weeks room was very nice and quiet...
Last weeks room was very nice and quiet. This week was okay but a bit smaller and a little noisy from the traffic on the road at the side. Bathrooms are all very modern and excellent. Free broadband in the room is great too!

The staff were very friendly and helpful but...
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room wasn't great. The air conditioning made a load noise all night even though it was turned off - which kept me awake. Also the TV didn't work properly, sound was bad on some channels and on others did not work at all.There was also an exposed wire in the bathroom, and you had to keep phoning reception if you wanted the heating on.

not exactly cheap for what you get but...
not exactly cheap for what you get but location is perfect for west end, small rooms but great new bathrooms that are huge in comparisson, furnishings a little dated and no mini bars???
