Good location 2 seconds round the corner from Gloucester road tube station. lovely area, They had accidentally double booked our room so upgraded us to one of their deluxe apartments at the same rate. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and you were always greeted with a smile!

Great mid range hotel. Fantastic location, with clean modern rooms. Breakfast was average, but would definitely return.

Functional and prime location hotel. This is one of my options when regularly in London. Rooms are modern and well furnished. Maybe a bigger desk would be helpful for working travellers such as me!

A hotel with a very good location. Well situated in a quiet part of Kensington close to Gloucester Road tube station.Many good restaurants close.
The hotel is clean and rooms adequate in size for a London base. Some attention needs to be given to bathroom areas which need taps tightening and showers prevented from dripping. Staff are friendly and try to help with all your needs.

The Hotel was clean, tidy & very well located. The staff were excellent in every aspect. Great value hotel.

Reception staff fairly grumpy - cleaners were friendly and helpful though
Room was small but clean - suspect this was an overspill room used for laterooms bookings - I cant believe they could get away with charging £110 a night for it.
Bottom line - good location and for London very good proce.

Spotless, good location, perhaps airtime expensive and durable. Does what it says on the tin.

Nice clean hotel, rooms average size but uncomfortably hot even with radiator off. Poor quality breakfast compared to other local hotels at similar price. That being said overall the Avni represented reasonable value for money

Nice hotel, excellent location for visit to london. tube from gloucester square took us to the main attractions without having to change. our room ,although not spacious, was functional and adequate for 3 nights. the en-suite was spacious & everything was very clean. the only negative was breakfast, not a lot of choice, and is ok if you are there at 7.30, which we were for first 2 days, along with about 6 other people. but the day we left we went later, about 8.15. along with what seemed like all the other guests in the hotel. the breakfast area was not adequate for the number
of guests, not enough room, the staff did there best but were using chipped cups, & at times people had to wait for the crockery to be replaced. this would not put us off staying there again, on the whole it's a good hotel for the price, great location and very helpful staff.
