Good accommodation - but exceptionally noisy

Might be down to the nearby Crossrail work, but the noise of machinery, low and then varying rumbling noise of the drilling (if that is what it was) doesn't allow you to sleep. Lovely place, significantly let down by the noise.

Ideal location and perfect place

We were staying in London for leisure for 2 nighhts, and wanted to be near all main attractions. I spent weeks looking for 4 or 5 star hotel in the centre of London for a decent price. But as everyone knows, London is not cheap. Eventually found these apartments as a last minute deal (week prior to stay).
The location is perfect, farringdon underground is a 2 min walk from the apartments, and then just 10-15mins to most things (covent garden, Oxford street etc.). There is also a handy sainsbury's local just around the corner.
We came by train, and arrived in Euston, and it only took us 20mins to get to apartment via underground.
The apartment itself was great (we stayed in a studio for 2 people). The man on the 24hour desk showed us the apartment and asked us if we had any questions etc.
Everything was pretty much brand new, and was of high quality. Fully equiped kitchen was perfect for having a quick breakfast, and the bathroom includes plenty of towels.
Most hotels in London are small and boxy, but this apartment was the exception, more than enough space for 2 people.
Overall we had a great stay there, and could not fault the apartment from the minute we booked. If you can get it last min for a cheaper price even better!
Will definitely be returning!

Outstanding location and 110% customer service

First of all I would like to say that I've lived in Wales now for the past 8 years but grew up and have worked in London most of my live, so I really know my way around. The location of Atelier EC1 by BridgeStreet is cracking and a real jem!. You really are just 50 yards from a buzzing city bistro and weather spoons pub that are buzzing on a Friday evening. The best thing is on the Saturday the city is very quiet so you have the best of both worlds if you stay for the weekend.
My plan for this trip was to visit the west end and walk around most of its popular tourist destinations and this is effortlessly achieved as you are only 3 stops from oxford street. On the Sunday we walked to St Pauls and then along the River Thames as the location is again in the city so an easy 5 mins walk.
As for the accommodation, it was smaller than it looked in the photo's but this really didn't matter as it was very clean and the service we got from the guy on reception was over and above what I would normally expect. I highly recommend this as a decent affordable (if booked through Late Rooms £110 a night) place to stay, with great service and minimal hassle. Location as I mentioned is great!

Excellent little place in a great location near farringdon/chancery lane tube stations. I read previous reviews on noise but it seemed pretty quiet to me. The apartment was spotless and the concirge desk was extremely helpful. For an apartment of that quality in London the price was spot on. Loved it and will definately stay there again!

Great place to stay!

This was a great find, a lovely, modern and very peaceful apartment right in the center of London. Close to the tube stops to get around easily, I felt completely safe and secure at Atelier. The 24 hour service meant there was always a friendly face to say hello, or to provide helpful directions and advice. It was fantastic having a kitchen with all the equipment, and there are also shops and restaurants nearby too. Would definitely recommend this place, and will definitely be looking to stay here again.

I booked at very short notice and everything went through painlessly. The flat was well presented, spotlessly clean and the door staff courteous, helpful and welcoming.
I was in doubt about whether I would need the flat for the third night and the manager was extremely helpful in reserving me a room should I need it. In the end I did not.
My only gripe is that, at tother flats at these prices, I have had fast broadband included in the price but it was £12 a day.
Apart from that I cannot fault the accommodation.

Fantastic little gem in ideal location

This was the first time I have stayed at Atelier and I was hugely impressed. The location is great and it is easy to find. I was impressed the moment I walked through the front door and was greeted in a very professional manner, the lobby was spotless and checking in was very efficient. The receptionist showed me to my room and spent time explaining how everything worked and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was extremely well presented, spotlessly clean and spacious. Everything worked exactly as it should and I spent a most pleasant evening. Checking out was also very efficient and the receptionist asked if I had enjoyed my stay. All in all a first class establishment, would highly recommend it.

Nice kitchen, shame about the rug....

This was a great little hide away in a quiet part of london...myself and my seven year old son stayed three nights and felt at ease and comfortable from the start.
Very clean, tidy..well kept apartments...a little bit worn but that's to be expected in central london.
The bathroom was clean, worked well..big bath nice shower...little kitchen was functional and the whole ambience of what was to in essence a double hotel room was great.
Only gripe was bathroom basin unit door was missing (i only noticed cos im a bathroom fitter)..and the room service menu, which is an external food ordering company, was a year out of date!....however when we go back to london we will be staying here again, as long as we can get good discount via laterooms

Awesome place, brilliant customer service!

What can i say, last Thursday was my lucky day.
I booked this late on laterooms and got a discount and spoke with a nice manager on the phone before I arrived just to confirmed the details. Then when I got there, they'd only gone and upgraded me to the penthouse, 2 x double room.
The place is really well done, nice finish to everything and feels lovely and modern.

Stayed for 2 nights, would stay longer.

We arrived by train to Euston, so it should have been easy to get to Atelier from there, but the Tube is undergoing work so it made it a bit awkward with Farringdon closed. So you could say the hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's a very nice place to stay at, so all was not lost. The receptionist guy was extremely helpful, the room was very nice, modern and clean, all appliances/shower etc worked fine, and the welcome box is a nice treat. Bit pricey, but we've stayed at the (overpriced) Premier Inn at Euston because of the location of it, and it was basic to say the least. So you pay for what you get I suppose. We've used BridgeStreet apartments in Manchester and were impressed, so it's apparent that there's a standard they stick to. A cracking place to stay at !

Great alternative to 4* hotels

I was very impressed with the quality of the apartment. Everything was well laid out and for us as an independent couple with plenty of time to shop for food & drinks the self-catering aspect worked really well.
We were staying there on Friday night and were concerned that the noise from the nearby pubs would be a buisance, but good double glazing and generally self-contained nature of the pub crowd meant that there we barely noticed this at all (Sat night was even quieter as this is a business district) beds were comfy & the bathroom was very clean and all the fixtures & fitting were very new. So this all felt like a 4* hotel suite!
I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

I am a bit reluctant to enter a review for this place as it will make it harder to get a room here the more good reviews it gets.
