For a last minute booking this was a perfectly fine hotel, fantastic location with some great places to eat on the door step, the room was very clean and comfortable despite being in the eves. My only slight grumble was the breakfast, perfectly edible but the quality was quite poor - especially the coffee and juice. However, the fact that breakfast was included was a positive, just a bit of tweaking is needed.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The room was good and bathroom excellent.
The only negative was that you could hear people quite easily on the staircase. The staff were very helpful

As other reviewers have mentioned, although the rooms aren't huge, they are by no means too small for a couple. Considering the hotel's convenient location (but oddly quiet even when looking out to the street), this presents good value for money for a short stay in London. Options ran out quickly at breakfast but was still adequate.

Great location and good value for the price paid but would have been a little disappointed if paid full price. Rooms very small but nice and clean. Staff helpful. Had good experience just would expect a bit more from a 4* if we had paid full price.

An excellent hotel for a short stay. Close to Victoria coach station and underground etc. lovely friendly staff and high quality rooms. I will use again

We appreciated our stay, especially that the staff were very helpful and we were allowed to leave some luggage to be collected later. The room was on the small side, but then this is central London.

I think the title probably says it all. The overall quality is more like a hostel than a hotel. If it was £50 a night, I wouldn't complain at all, but it isn't & therefore I am! Very poor value.

Very nice. Room was cosy, but quite sufficient for the two of us for a night. Would definitely stay again.

This was a late booking and all I could find. A lower ground floor family room with 2 double beds for just me. Little space, and only one (dining) chair. The two windows looked out onto a light well (brick wall). The continental breakfast was entirely self service and rudimentary. That said it was clean and reasonably friendly with nothing to complain about.
