Worst Experience in London

When arrived card machine wasnt working made to go back out to get cash for room before booking in. Then when booked in was told not staying here but at a hotel a little further down road. They then escorted me down street to next hotel. Room here was very basic and un clean ..
Not sure why laterooms have this hotel in site

One of the worst

I have stayed at many hotels, the quality of the room, the size, the amenities and the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. I was called after 10.00pm at night demanding payment in cash on my first night as their card machine was out of action and I was told I was the only resident who had not paid and they must have cash. The staff were unfriendly, the people serving breakfast were more intent on having a joke in the kitchen and scowled if you asked for some toast or tea. I would never recomend this hotel, for the price it was a complete and utter rip off. If this is what we offer to visitors to the UK then this is no recommendation.

Not bad!

The hotel was clean and suitable for what I wanted, only real down point was breakfast, cornflakes or roll, that was it really! Does need a lick of paint though!
