TWO days without hot water Bad enough but...
TWO days without hot water. Bad enough but instead of acknowledging and accepting problem, staff and management lied and tried to con me and other residents into believing it was everyone elses fault but theirs! Might not have been their fault but all I want from a hotel is a clean room, nice breakfast, quiet surrounding and honest information about resolution of problems (like no hot water). The honesty and quality of service especially breakfast was poor. If staff were as efficient in providing a hotel service as they were in making sure I paid for the room, this would be an excellent hotel . But I suspect there is a long way for them to appreciate the finer points of providing a hotel service. I will not be going back under any time soon.
