Summary
The apartment was more a room with a kitchen. Well presented, provided you dont look too close at the detail. No nets on the windows so the curtains remained closed for privacy, shower head was prised against the shower wall and a wire shelf as there was no fitting for it to hang properly and the deluge shower was nothing more than a trickle, very poor. Quiet ( ish ) location, 2 tube\'s on different lines 2 mins away was good. receptionist wasn't the friendliest,Shall'nt be going back.
Summary
Does what is saying on the tin. Basic, but the room was modern and clean. The location, on a back street was a little intimidating especially arriving at night. I imagine if you were a lone female traveller this is one you'd want to avoid.
Summary
Good location clean central good value and size room
Summary
As I have explained in an earlier review, the room is impeccably clean and comfortably refurbished, shower with good pressure and temperatureThehaving an inner terrace is relaxing.
This week the staff had to deal with a difficult customer who was causing trouble and they did so very effectively. I was impressed once more.
Arriving at the hotel after a long and stressful journey, we were underwhelmed. The entrance does not even look like a hotel and the receptionist was unable to allow us access to the parking at the front of the hotel to offload our really heavy bags. But, once inside, what a nice surprise!! The rooms are clean, well appointed and the shower in my room was the best I have had in any hotel, ever. The hotel is really well situated on a lovely street and my room overlooked a peaceful courtyard. Excellent value for money.
Summary
At £59, good value for a well located but quiet apartment. Couldn't get the TV to work, but otherwise a good place to stay.
Summary
Not very good at all. Would not recommend it.

Summary
This is a textbook case study of how a hotel in its category should be ran.
It is properly refurbished and properly operated.
The facts:
- the room and the bathroom were impeccably clean;
- cleaning was thorough every day;
- the bathroom is spacious and contains a comfortable shower (a large person could still leisurely fit in);
- the room in itself is not very large but the bed is, making the sleep very comfortable;
- there is good wi-fi;
- they don't do food, but there are many options the immediate vicinity anyway;
Impressions:
- the staff is friendly and communicate proactively;
- it feels like the customer does matter for them;
- they seem to strive to please (see photos of bed towel ornaments...)
- my room had an exit to the inner courtyard which I've found very calming and helpful in the evening;
- the single thing is my room in the basement floor was probably near some big boiler or wash machine, there was a bit of a hum at night.
Good clean room, kitchen with fridge and cooking equipment, Toilet with shower. Cant complaint for the £49, except that my TV didnt work. Glad to have a smartphone as free wi-fi, so BBC I-Player etc on phone.
Summary
Really excellent rooms in the centre of london, great value for money - i paid £50, booked a single, and they gave me a double with a kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and modern, the bed comfy, and although i didn't use it, the kitchenette was well equipped. You even get an iron and ironing board! My only gripe was the noise from the other guests right outside my door at 1am, not the hotel's fault, but i wish other travelers would be a bit more considerate!
Summary
Great location, just a few minutes from tube & restaurants. Newly refurbished room was compact but clean. Bed was comfortable.
Ground floor rm was a bit noisy with guests checking in etc but no major complaints.
The accomodation as per ususal sounded gr8 in the advert but the experience was less than inspiring!
Summary
Small Hotel, but the room was very big and new.
The place was very clean and the decoration and lighting was simple but with style.
Lovely place to stay :)
Great place at a great place. At 55 pounds/night you can't get better value in Paddington.
Summary
Staff is nice and the decoration in the room is also nice.
The only bad thing is that it is not really located at the city center, but still it takes just 10 mins to the center area by metro.
Overall, this hotel is good.
I stayed for a week in a double room, although I only booked single. I'm working in London, but live some distance away, so stay in London during the week and return home on weekends. The room was large for the price, considering London standards, especially compared to the postage-stamp sized room I stayed in the previous week! Lots of room to walk around and store luggage. Complimentary coffe and tea with kettle in the room, along with ioroning board (table top) and iron. Bathrrom was very modern and clean, and spacious enough. Shower was a good size (not a closet like some London hotels), with good pressure.
Although this was a basement apartment, it had a walkout to the back garden (not much of a garden, but convenient for smokers like me). The hotel has fridge, microwave and cooker available for guests to use. Staff was very good to deal with, friendly and very helpful. Room was cleaned and refreshed every day.
I will definitely be staying in this hotel again - already made bookings for the next few weeks - and definitely recommed it.
Customer service at the hotel was all to be expected - friendly and welcoming! The room wasn't huge,but it wasn't tiny either, decorated very well, comfortable bed, very modern. We had just a shower, plenty of hot water and very clean. We were rather impressed that our room was cleaned whilst we were there, as we only stayed 2 nights. Had a tv with the basic channels, which were fine. Also had an iron and ironing board...which was very convenient! The only downside was, because it was a Georgian house converted in to a hotel, the walls were rather thin...so you could hear people coming up and down the stairs. And if you were travelling with a child, the window wasn't very safe, it opened like a door...so you would have to keep it closed!! Other than that, we had a pleasent stay :-)
Summary
Small but clean room. Good access to local restaurants etc. and close to tube links.
Summary
Great place to say and close to the tube. Fantastic shower.
The only thing that I would change is get some softer pillows.
Fantastic location on 1 min walk from Bayswater Tube Station. 200 yards to Hyde Park which is literally at the end of the street. Loads of mini markets (tesco etc) restaurants and pubs on the next street! Couldn't have been better placed. Room is small but adequate with en suite, tv, iron etc. Very modern decor, what more do u need for £100 per night in Westminster?! We stayed at St Giles Hotel in Soho night after and paid £200! and the room was the same size! Wish we had stayed at Apart Hotel 73 both nights! Only criticism is that the silicon in bathroom was not finished in a tidy manner, took the edge off the rest of it but big deal?
Summary
Very very clean place
but bath are small
We went to London to see a concert in Wembley and wanted a hotel near a tube station. This one was within a 2 minute walk and we were very happy to see it was on a quiet road but just a minute from a very busy road with a lot of amenities and restaurants! We nipped to the local supermarket en route to check in to buy tea bags and milk but needn't have bothered as there were already facilities in the room which was a really nice surprise. The room was modern, funky and clean. The curtains were definately not black out and the communual areas looked tired deco wise. However, the aparthotel itself was brill and we would most certainly stay there again. Thank you Apart Hotel! :)
Summary
We really enjoyed our stay at Aparthotel 73. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again, and highly reccommend anyone else to stay here too. Excellent value for money in the heart of London.
Summary
Took this because our usual places were full. It was much more expensive, but stylishly and newly refurbished, in an area very convenient for shops and parks. Our main problem was lack of information about how to work anything, from the erratic WiFi through the electronic/electric hob to the hi-tec shower.
Summary
My girlfriend and I stayed here for a last minute-ish holiday to London and this turned out to be quite the find. Firstly I'll say that Bayswater is a lovely area and you could happily live out your holiday here, Hyde Park being not 5 minutes away, an array of restaurants, Whiteley's Mall also has a lot to offer. The hotel itself was very pleasant, we arrived early so couldn't quite check in, but the staff kindly let us leave our bags so we set off to explore the local area. Our room was nice, but its location at the front of the hotel by the front door was unfortunate as other guests seem to struggle to shut the door quietly with any courtesy, and obviously being at the front bay window denies you some privacy. Breakfast is actually not provided unless booked for, but there are a million well priced supermarkets and waffle houses that you eat very well for a good price. Overall for the price, the location, cleanliness, this hotel is well worth it and we would happily stay again provided we get a different room.
Summary
I had a terrible stay at Apart Hotel 73. Having requested a room on the ground floor, I was put on the fourth floor. This may not sound so bad, but I have a chronic back condition and the hotel has no lift. As a result I dreaded coming and going and in the end moved out to stay in a different hotel. The staff were completely inflexible and would not refund me, despite the fact that I gave them 48 hours notice on a busy bank holiday weekend when there would clearly be no problem filling the room.
I have not experienced such a lack of hospitality or understanding from a hotel where I was paying a significant amount of money. I was very disappointed with my stay here.
Very good location, nice staff, cozy room
I am happy to book this hotel next time.
Smelly hallway. Lovely light big room, windows that led onto balcony but corner of balcony full of cigarette butts! Room looked like website but jaded. Scratched doors, dirty doorknob on bathroom cubicle which smelt musty. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfy bed. Great location. Wouldn't revisit as it stands. Glad it was only £99.
Summary
Staff were friendly, allowed us to leave a bag with them as arrived well before check in time. Stayed 3 nights but only got 2 breakfasts of bread, croissant, cheese and cold meat slices, jam portions. Kitchen area well stocked with cutlery and crockery but no teatowel to dry up with. Room on top floor so 6 flights of stairs to climb. No name of hotel on outside of building, enter by buzzer and code!
Summary
Handy location, great area, good price. Room was clean and the bathroom had a great shower. Place has recently been done out, making it clean and modern. However, some of the workmanship is a bit slapdash. My room did not have a kitchenette, so I can't comment on those facilities.
Summary
Read the reviews online and thought sounded like good value for money.one negative report told a tale of a dark and noisy basement . . All other sang praises for a clean and pleasant place. I took the negative review with a pinch of salt and went with the majority. . My mistake! Arrived around 5pm and was directed to a basement room. Dark with curtains closed. . I soon realised why. It was directly below the street and the front door. Window gaps were stuffed with newspaper to stop the drafts . I heard everyone leave and enter the building until 2.30am! Wooden floors made it worse as the noises travelled without much effort. Decor was shoddy. . Not at its best. "Tea and coffe making facilities" minus the tea and omly minimal milk supply. . Thankfully Tesco was round the corner. Hugely disappointing - as was the continental breakfast that didn't make an appearance. . I was told I should have asked for it on arrival . . Despite it already being included in my bill, which I had to pay upon arrival !
Summary
When I arrived (later than I had told them) my room was still not clean and the woman at the desk told me that the cleaners were very busy so she would give me another room - okay fine. The thing is, the room she gave me was not that clean either. It was a studio that had a kitchenette, with a really disgusting sponge in the sink to clean your dishes, and all the dishes were dirty . . . the tea cups were especially bad. The bathroom sink was full of hair - to the point that it would not drain right away when I washed my hands. I could hear the women in the room next to me talking (quite clearly) Im not sure if that is a testament to how loud they were or how thin the walls are. The last thing that really bothered me was that they called me a private car, I asked for a cab, and they obviously knew the driver when he arrived, he drove e to THREE different locations and then tried to drive past the street I needed to be dropped at - I told him where I needed to go, I even gave him the full address, and he put it into a sat-nav. . . he kept telling me a different street name and I kept correcting him - it would have been funny if it were happening to someone who was not a keynote speaker at an event she was about to be late to. In the end, he charged me well over twice what the cab home cost me and took three times as long. I felt like they were shady and I will not go back.

Very nice hotel.. great location....would stay again.....loved it....!
Summary
Great place for a stop over! cheap, clean, easy!
Summary
We had no problem with anything at all on our 2 night stay.....once we had found it. The room was smart and clean and had everything you'd need or expect. The problem lay with trying to find the place as bizarly, there is no sign on the exterior. No sign.....not even a poster in the window or it written on the buzzer. We walked past this place about 6 times while looking for it as unlike other places nearby, it had no indication that it was a hotel. it just looked like a private residence. we even asked in the hotel opposite where it was and they didnt know. id recommend this hotel to anyone, especially young couples and id urge the owners to put up some sort of sign outside to help people find it as its the only thing letting down a great place to stay....
Summary
Great location to underground, with easy links to everywhere we needed to go! Lovely to have restuarants, shops etc nearby.
Room very stylish, with very modern shower. However, room was very small!!! With very little space to move around, however, for a quick overnight stay it did the job just fine!
Bathroom and bedding all clean. Room itself a little gruby-maybe due to its small size it becomes difficult to clean thoroughly?
Only thing that would put me off was the noise-not from the street but other guests.
Few requests to Apart 73-more than 2 pillows on bed, and curtains which fit window (especially on ground floor apartment!).
Good to have tea and coffee facilities and lots of clean towels! Overall good stay.
Had booked this hotel and loved it. The price was cheap so not sure what to expect but the room was fantastic. We had a kitchenette and I brought our breakfast stuff which was great.
The hotel was about 10 min walk from the tube.
The staff were not overwhelming but there if you needed them.
The rooms were clean and so was the bedding.
The shower room was luxury.
Great place to stay, great location but it is not the Ritz. Nice clean and cool looking rooms but no lift.
I balance I would give this place 10/10
