On arrival given family room in basement this...
On arrival given family room in basement, this was just about adequate until nighttime when it became noisy (other guests), it proved very difficult for any of us to sleep , so i complained & was moved to a higher floor room the next day , this room was a much better quality room & much quieter.( would have given higher accommodation rating had we had upper floor room to start with)

Good value very convenient simply minutes away from...
Good value , very convenient (simply minutes away from Paddington Station) friendly staff,comfortable beds towels changed daily and linen was very clean. It was also very nice to have hot drinks provided in the room and they were replenished daily.

el hotel esta bien en relacion calidad precio...
el hotel esta bien en relacion calidad_precio,las habitaciones son algo pequeñas pero para ir a dormir solo esta bien,el desayuno algo escaso.es un hotel que recomiendo para un viaje de pocos dias y si es la primera vez que vas a londres,porque es como bien situado y el metro esta cerca

Nice and clean but try to avoid the...
Nice and clean, but try to avoid the rooms up the 'back' stair case, it is very steep and some would struggle. Not sure the £10.00 deposit for TV remote is very friendly though, signal on the top floor was worth the climb!Nice and clean and functional, though you can hear your neighbours!Will stay again.

The first night we were there the room...
The first night we were there the room was freezing. The heating did not work. The room was tiny the curtains were dirty. We asked to be moved for the second night - this room was bigger and nice and warm - but the shower room was minute. The shower the toilet and the so called basin were all in an area of about 4ft x 3ft. The shower poured out all over the floor and the loo. The shower curtain was actually touching the loo.

Shabby room - when I got to the...
Shabby room - when I got to the hotel, they told me the room i was staying in was actually in another hotel down the road. Paper thin walls and lots of noise after 12pm. Morning coffee was undrinkable.
