I got a cheap deal, and got a cheap room in the basement. Tired carpet and a number of lights not working in the room. However I did have a good nights sleep. Wouldn\'t have wanted to cook a meal

Nice room , comfy bed, lovely shower.
Fairly quiet , good nights sleep one of the best i have stayed in London.
Only down side was when i asked if i could re-book , i was given a price but by the time i got the Company credit card the price had almost doubled ?? I dont mind a small increase but if this company decides to play silly games then it will loose lots of potential repeat custom.

Stay at this hotel was good except for the blocked bathroom sink that was full of water on arrival at the hotel. Customer service at reception could have been friendlier too.

Excellent location close to tube stations. Comfortable, clean and convenient

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and greated us with a smile. The accommodation was idealy situated with only a very short walk to the tube. The room was very clean and had everything you in it that you would expect. Breakfast was a little cramped but very organised. The only complaint I have is that we were woken up during the night by some people having a party opposite. They were extremely noisy.

The hotel name is so misleading. Rooms aren't 'suites', we got a hole! The cooker and sink was hidden behind a wardrobe door, and the bathroom sink was practically upto our jaws when we were utilising the toilet thanks to the lack of space. We didn't even get any complimentary tea or coffee. Bed was so uncomfortable too. The space around the bed was so little that we had to shuffle!

We stayed there for 2 nites only. The receptionist was not well-mannered. The room was alright but in the basement, and there was no good street view. The hotel was not well sign-posted. Location was fantastic tho! Internet-very slow! connection 250mb-bad bad bad.kitchen was very funny, it was not actually a kitchen but there was something-kitchen like inside furniture!

Lady on reception off hand to the point of being rude. Cooking facilites consisted of cupboard with microwave, a few plates and a metal saucepan (an interesting combination). I did not wish to leave my door key (swipe card) as it is well known that this contains a lot of personal information, however, I was told emphatically that this belonged to the hotel. I also had to write down my creadit card details as security. Wouldn't go back!

A well priced room in a good location. Unfortunately, it was noisy, situated under the stairyway leading to the upper floor and with pipes (or something making a racket through the night). The microwave and fridge were much appreciated, as was the freeview television. There were a number of convenient shops nearby, and there was easy access to the city centre via the nearby central line station.
