Nice room, friendly staff. My room needed a few touch ups decorating wise but was otherwise ok.

Had difficulty finding accommodation,which was above 274 lettings agency.Spent a lot of time walking around looking for a house or building with 274 Suites.Ended up with room above agency which would be GREATLY improved if it had double glazing to allow you to sleep thro traffic noise

274 Suites was a great value for money place. The room decoration was good, excellent shower and plenty of room for myself. My only negatives are room 12s location at the front of the property meant it was noisy from the traffic and the bed was rather soft. I would however be happy to stay should the price continue be under £60 a night.

I've stayed at the Suites on West End Lane many times. Why do I return? It's simple, it's clean, it's within easy reach of the West End, and it's good value.
The things they don't provide: restaurant, breakfast etc etc are the things I don't want. The things they do provide: cleanliness, decent beds, nice shower rooms, are the things I do want.
One slight niggle: If you are staying at the building nearest the tube, and it seems a bit random which you finish up in, you still have to go all the way past the furthest building to pick up your key.
Apart from that, I won't say if I would stay again, because I'm already booked in!

Excellent apartment, easy to check in, and in a lovely area of West Hampstead, near to tube and train for easy access to centre of London.

The double room was small (two of us would have been tripping over each other..) and the "self catering" facility very compact - microwave, kettle and toaster, good sized fridge and two hotplates all built into a cupboard with a small sink. But fine for preparing a simple breakfast and supper. Plenty of eateries nearby, and two local supermarkets. en suite toilet and excellent shower were perfectly clean. Wi fi and TV as stated. Minor problems -There was a small safe but it did not work, and there were no fire notices at all, though extinguisher and fire blanket available. Only one plate, cup and bowl but plenty of utensils.

The picture gallery was rather deceiving to me as especially with the name "suite" it implied a 2 room suite. The pictures are actually all of the same small room. Kitchen facilities are available inside a small cupboard in the room. Being on a busy high street also means lots of noise almost 24/7.

Room was extremely cheap although incredibly hard to find. The check in is at what looks like an estate agents office (which it is as they do that as well) but it is not too obvious! Room itself was extremely small but had everything you could ask for including such things as a cooker iron and fridge and cutlery/glasses etc. Bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent although it had a small amount of mould on the ceiling. Bed was large and very comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk from the tube. Perfect hotel for the price! Would definitely go there again.

Perfect for a business trip. Room was clean and came with FOC wifi, perfect. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. A little close to the tube would have been a bonus but a brisk 15 min through some of the best posh neighbourhoods Nth London has to offer wasn't too bad.
Would stay again for sure.

Not as in pics. Heating didnt work. Rather shoddy but cheap via laterooms. However it was a useful cheap place in a posh area. Pays yer money takes yer choice! I suspect they have better ones our was on the ground floor behind reception

I wish to make a complaint about the state of our bathroom in the apartment. The ceiling has been leaked in and is covered in black mould. Another issue was the ventilator and the path in front of our window. The view was awful and we could not open the window in the night because of the path.
I think we did not order this low level of quality for our money.

I really liked this place and in fact stayed a 2nd night. First time I've had a very good experience through Late Rooms and would definitely stay again.

Myself and daughter really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room wascomfi and indeed value for money Looking forward to staying there again.

Small room, but adequate, and clean. And at £49 for the night, very good value for money. The receptionist at the letting agent was very friendly and helpful. There was free Wifi in the room, and the TV (though arguably a bit small for the room) worked. Heating was controllable. Functional, but all that one needs for a night out of the cold in London. A good model.

I feared the worst when I eventually found 274 suites which was literally a doorway to an office - more info on what I was looking for would have been helpful and then the man gave me a key and sent me walking off down the road to 198 !! When I let myself into what looked like a shady little bedsit from the street I found the most immaculately clean and exceptionally warm little suite that was equipped with EVERYTHING you could need for a short self catering break. Perfect ! Thank you

Price is cheap compared to other accommodation in London and the apartments are in a good location with a tube station close by. We stayed for two nights and the first night we didn't get much sleep as the apartment below were having a party until 4:30 am! The carpet in the room was disgusting and needs replacing and also had loose tiles on the bathroom floor but overall, the room was cosy and had all the equipment we required i.e. iron, kettle, utensils etc. Would stay for one or two nights but the apartment is too small to stay longer than that. If you do decide to stay here, please note that you have to go to the leasing office and not directly to the apartment so make sure you take directions!

The accommodation offers all it says on the tin. The room was an adequate size with all the facilities you would expect but the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The plumbing is fitted with a pump motor which is very noisy and you can hear all the pumps from the surrounding rooms. The other customers were up early and you were unable to sleep from the noise. If you are a light sleeper this is not the accommodation for you. Excellent location for city commuting with many transport links close by. Parking ok on road meters, but dont be late as the parking attendents are red hot.

Did the job, no frills just a place to sleep. It was a bit noisy through the night, this was due to other residence and one of the appliances in the room.
Strange set up the reception area was at a different address for the actual room which was a few doors down on the same street. Would have been nice to have know this before we arrived.

Clean and with a comfortable bed but the room was very small and the shower room tiny.
Rather hot, the air con didnt seem to do a lot of good on a hot weekend.
From my experience of a number of other London accommodation I would expect to pay about 75% of the price charged.
