Where It Is

Located on the outskirts of the city centre in peaceful Hampstead, 274 Suites offer stylish apartments close to the attractive Hampstead Heath. Access to the city centre is easy, with West Hampstead tube station able to take you into Central London in minutes on the Jubilee Line.

What To Expect

Guests can enjoy one of ten double apartments that showcase a variety of individual themes. The apartments are fitted with all modern conveniences, including free Wi-Fi access, flat screen television, tea and coffee making facilities, power shower and easily adjustable air conditioning. Each space also provides a fully fitted kitchen, which contains a fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster and microwave, allow you to cook your own meals and eat at your leisure.

Please note that the reception is open from 9:00 to 24:00. Late arrivals should notify 274 Suites 2-3 hours before arrival, and are charged £25.00 per hour. Please note that a 2% surcharge will apply to all payments made by credit card.

Room Cancellation

Bookings outside the Olympic period - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled before 10:00 3 days before the date of arrival. If cancelled inside the 1st nights stay will be charged. During the Olympic period in July and August, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to guarantee any booking that we receive during the two months. Bookings with a combination of rooms and nights equal to 10 or more nights will incur a 25% non-refundable deposit to guarantee the reservation.
