The room was very clean and modern, but was definitely not comfortable. Cold tiled floors, inefficient heating (just did NOT heat the room at all despite being on full) terrible lighting, and the seating was uncomfortable too. No tv in the bedroom meant you couldn't escape the uncomfortable lounge unless you gave up watching TV as well.
Not a bad place but not an inviting one you'd want to visit again.

The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious (we had an executive one-bed apartment), and couldn't have been more convenient for the local tube station. A good weekend rate, too. Our only gripe was the loud thumping dance music which continued until the early hours. We don't know whether this was due to the proximity of a nearby nightclub (didn't notice one), or an unsociable neighbour. Ear plugs did the trick, but be warned. Our room was Number 107.

Wonderfully appointed and tasteful appartment. Didnt want to leave comfy bed. Kitchen very well equipped. Perfect.

An excellent alternative to a hotel room.

Good value in most respects but very noisy

We stay in these apartments whenever we are in London. Easy access from Liverpool St station and plenty of places to dine - whether it be breakfast of evening meal, although the apartment has everything you require to cook your own. Very modern furniture which has been well maintained. Laundry room - excellant if you have young children even for a week-end break.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, well furnished and equipped. Quoted prices do not include VAT but saying that the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone else.

Had a fantastic stay at 196 Bishopsgate! Excellent customer service, immaculate rooms, great location. Every last detail has been considered and perfected. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to all my friends and family.
